Հանրապետությունում դեկտեմբերի 31-ից փետրվարի 15-ն արձանագրվել է տրանսպորտային միջոցների արգելափակման 559 դեպք: Այս մասին փետրվարի 15-ին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց ՀՀ ՏԿԱԻՆ Ճգնաժամային կառավարման կենտրոնի պետ, փրկարար ծառայության գնդապետ Հովհաննես Խանգելդյանը:
«Հունվարը և փետրվարն աչքի ընկան առատ տեղումներով, ջերմաստիճանի անկում գրանցվեց հանրապետության ողջ տարածքով, ինչպես նաև առատ ձյուն: Դրա հետևանքով հանրապետության ավտոճանապարհների առանձին հատվածներում ձյան շերտ գոյացավ և նպաստեց բազմաթիվ տրանսպորտային միջոցների արգելափակմանը: Մենք ունեցանք 559 արգելափակման դեպք: Անվտանգ տարածք է դուրս բերվել 2080-ից ավելի տրանսպորտային միջոց, և 7000 մարդ տեղափոխվել է անվտանգ տարածք»,- նշեց Հովհաննես Խանգելդյանը:
Նրա խոսքով` իրավիճակը բարելավելու և քաղաքացիներին օգնելու օպերատիվությունը բարձրացնելու նպատակով ՏԿԱԻ նախարարի հրամանով առավել դժվար հատվածներում` Գեղարքունիքի, Սյունիքի, Արագածոտնի մարզերում հիմնվել են վրանային հենակետեր, որտեղ հերթապահում էին փրկարարները:
«Շուրջ 700 մարդու ցուցաբերվել է օգնություն, և բազմաթիվ տրանսպորտային միջոցներ դուրս են բերվել անվտանգ տարածք և շարունակել են ընթացքը: Վրանային հենակետերում ստեղծվել են նաև մնալու պայմաններ՝ ապահովված ջեռուցմամբ, թեյով: Սա առաջին անգամ կիրառվող քաղաքականություն է, մենք այսուհետև կօգտագործենք այս փորձը մնացած ավտոճանապարհներին, եթե կարիքն առաջացավ»,-նշեց Հովհաննես Խանգելդյանը:
