Ինչո՞ւ է Հայաստանի պետական սիմֆոնիկ նվագախումբը խուսափում պատասխանել հարցերին. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Հայաստանի պետական սիմֆոնիկ նվագախումբն այս տարի նշում է հիմնադրման 20-ամյակը։ Կառավարությունը 106 մլն դրամ է հատկացրել նվագախմբի գլխավոր միջոցառման՝ գալա համերգի կազմակերպման համար: Հայտնի է, որ Կարեն Դեմիրճյանի անվան մարզահամերգային համալիրում ապրիլի 14-ին ելույթ կունենա չինական ծագում ունեցող ամերիկացի աշխարհահռչակ դաշնակահար Լանգ Լանգը։

Դեռևս հունվարի 26-ին «Փաստ» թերթն ուղարկել է գրավոր հարցում՝ խնդրելով մի քանի հարցի պատասխանել: Մասնավորաբար, ինչո՞ւ է որոշում կայացվել հրավիրել հենց դաշնակահար Լանգ Լանգին, որքա՞ն է կազմելու դաշնակահարի հոնորարը, տոմսերի վաճառք լինելո՞ւ է, թե՞ ոչ, ու, եթե լինելու է, ի՞նչ գնային քաղաքականություն է գործելու, ինչպե՞ս է բաշխվելու կառավարության հատկացրած 106 մլն դրամը։ Եվ վերջապես՝ 106 միլիոն դրամը «ծածկելո՞ւ» է բոլոր ծախսերը, թե՞ նվագախումբը հովանավորներ կամ այլ միջոցներ է փնտրելու։

Ըստ ՀՀ օրենսդրության, Հայաստանի պետական սիմֆոնիկ նվագախումբը պարտավոր էր գրավոր հարցմանը պատասխանել մինչև փետրվարի 2-ը կամ «հավել յալ ուսումնասիրություն» կատարելու պատճառաբանությամբ խնդրել 30-օրյա ժամկետ: Սակայն հարցումն ուղարկելուց անցել է մոտ 40 օր, իսկ պատասխան դեռևս չենք ստացել: Հետաքրքիր է՝ ի՞նչն է խանգարել նշյալ պարզ հարցերին պատասխանել, ի՞նչ կա թաքցնելու: Մենք հիմա էլ պատրաստ ենք հրապարակել Հայաստանի պետական սիմֆոնիկ նվագախմբի պատասխանը, թեկուզ նախատեսված բոլոր ժամկետներն անցել են, սակայն հենց միայն պատասխանից խուսափելու հանգամանքն, անկեղծ ասած, շատ կասկածելի է:
