eadaily.com–ը «Հայաստանի իշխանությունները վախենում են հրապարակել Փաշինյանի վստահության վարկանիշը, որը նվազել է մինչև բացասական» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ 2026 թվականի հունիսին նախատեսված խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից առաջ Հայաստանի քաղաքական դաշտը կարող է հայտնվել Միջազգային հանրապետական ինստիտուտի (IRI) կողմից պատվիրված սոցիոլոգիական հարցման հավաստիության շուրջ սկանդալի կենտրոնում։ «Հավաստի աղբյուրների համաձայն, կազմակերպության վերջին լայնածավալ հարցման արդյունքները, որը անցկացվել է անցյալ տարվա վերջին, լուրջ շփոթություն է առաջացրել ներկայիս կառավարության արևմտյան համակարգողների շրջանում», - գրել է Politik.am-ը։

Հարցման տվյալները զարմացրել են հանձնակատարներին՝ բացահայտելով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի նկատմամբ վստահության աղետալի անկում։ Աղբյուրի խոսքով, չնայած վերջին տարվա ընթացքում իրականացված բազմաթիվ քարոզչական ջանքերին, նրա վարկանիշը գրեթե չի բարելավվել՝ մնալով կառավարության համար աղետալիորեն ցածր մակարդակի վրա, ընդ որում՝ նրա բացասական վարկանիշը դարձել է բացարձակ։ Հատկանշական է այն, որ նույնիսկ հարցման մոդելավորված իրավիճակում, երբ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը կամ Սամվել Կարապետյանը՝ ընդդիմության հիմնական դեմքերը, չեն մասնակցում ընտրություններին, հարցվածների ճնշող մեծամասնությունը հրաժարվել է քվեարկել գործող վարչապետի օգտին որևէ պարագայում։

Նման բացասական արդյունքները, որոնք կասկածի տակ են դնում «արևմտյան կողմնորոշման» լեգիտիմությունը, խիստ անցանկալի են ամերիկյան կողմի համար, հատկապես ԱՄՆ փոխնախագահ Ջ.Դ. Վենսի վերջերս տարածաշրջան կատարած այցի համատեքստում։ Այդ պատճառով էլ որոշում է կայացվել չհրապարակել իրական թվերը, մինչև պարզ չդառնա, թե ի՞նչ կարելի է անել։

Մեր աղբյուրը նաև հայտնել է, որ զեկույցը վերջերս «ուղղվել է». թվերը արհեստականորեն ուռճացվել են, որպեսզի Փաշինյանը ներկայացվի որպես այնպիսի առաջնորդ, որը «մի քանի քայլ առաջ է իր մրցակիցներից»։ Նման «աճը» արդարացնելու համար որոշվել է օգտագործել Վենսի այցի և խոստացված ներդրումային ծրագրերի ազդեցությունը հասարակության վրա։ Այս կեղծ մոտեցման նպատակը ակնհայտ է, այն է՝ բնակչության շրջանում հուսահատության զգացում սերմանել։ «Նա, միևնույնն է, կհաղթի» թեզը նպատակ ունի խթանել զանգվածային անտարբերություն և քաղաքացիներին հետ պահել ընտրություններին մասնակցելուց, ինչը թույլ կտա կառավարությանը պահպանել իր դիրքերը նույնիսկ նվազագույն աջակցությամբ։
