SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչության Ստեփանավանի քննչական բաժնում կաշառք տալ, ստանալ, միջնորդություն հատկանիշներով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ ՀՀ Քր.Օր-ի 273-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասին (2003թ. ՀՀ ՔրՕր-ի 200 հոդված 1-ին մասին) հատկանիշներով։

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, նշված քրեական վարույթը նախաձեռնվել է «Ստեփանավան» բժշկական կենտրոնի մանկաբարձ-գինեկոլոգ 59-ամյա Արտակ Քոչարյանի նկատմամբ։

Ըստ իրավապահ մարմինների և նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի, 2018 թվականի մարտի 3-ին ծննդօգնություն ստանալու համար Ստեփանավան բժշկական կենտրոնի ծննդատուն դիմած Լոռու մարզի բնակիչ 24-ամյա Լիլիթ Ա.-ն ծննդաբերությունից հետո նրա օգտին գործողություններ կատարելու, այն է՝ ծննդօգնություն ցուցաբերելու համար նույն օրը Ա. Քոչարյանի պահանջով վերջինիս տվել է 40 հազար դրամ առևտրային կաշառք։

Օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել նաև, որ 2022 թվականի հուլիսի 12-ին նշված բժշկական կենտրոն է դիմել Լիլիթ Ա.-ն և ծննդաբերությունից հետո Ա. Քոչարյանը որպես առևտրային կաշառք նրանից պահանջել և ստացել է 30 հազար դրամ և մեկ շան ձագ։

Դեպքի փաստով նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է։
