2025 թվականին ՀՀ զինված ուժերում սպանության դեպք չի արձանագրվել. Զինվորական դատախազ

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գլխավոր դատախազ Աննա Վարդապետյանի գլխավորությամբ՝ 2026 թվականի մարտի 7-ին տեղի է ունեցել Դատախազության կոլեգիայի ընդլայնված նիստ, որի ընթացքում ամփոփվել են Դատախազության 2025 թվականի աշխատանքները:
Դատախազությունից NEWS.am–ին հայտնում են, որ գլխավոր դատախազի տեղակալ, զինվորական դատախազ Գրիգոր Էլիզբարյանը ներկայացրել է 2025 թվականի ընթացքում ՀՀ զինված ուժեում արձանագրված դեպքերը, նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթները, դատախազների կողմից մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ դատարան հանձնված քրեական վարույթները, դատարաններում ավարտված քրեական գործերը, պետական շահերի պաշտպանության ոլորտում իրականացված ուսումնասիրություններն ու դրանց արդյունքները:
Զինվորական դատախազի տեղեկացմամբ՝ 2025 թվականի ընթացքում ՀՀ զինված ուժերի և այլ զորքերի զորամասերում արձանագրվել է 2248 դեպք: Արձանագրված դեպքերից 1027-ը կամ 45.7%-ը եղել են պատահարներ, 1221-ը կամ 54.3%-ը՝ ենթադրյալ հանցագործության դեպքեր։
Գրիգոր Էլիզբարյանը, անդրադառնալով հանցագործության դեպքերին, ընդգծել է, որ նվազում է արձանագրվել 110 դեպքով կամ 8.3%-ով:
2024 թվականի համեմատ՝ 2025 թվականին ծանր հանցագործությունները նվազել են 49-ով կամ 27.5%-ով, իսկ առանձնապես ծանր հանցագործությունները նվազել են 25-ով կամ 64.1%-ով։
ՀՀ զինվորական դատախազի տեղեկացմամբ, 2025 թվականին ՀՀ զինված ուժերում սպանության դեպք չի արձանագրվել:
2025 թվականին արձանագրվել են ծառայության հետ կապված մահվան հետևյալ դեպքերը՝ ժամկետային 6 զինծառայող, ԱԱԾ սահմանապահ զորքերի 2 ժամկետային զինծառայող և 1 աշխարհազորային:
2025 թվականի ընթացքում քննչական մարմինների վարույթներում քննվող, քննված քրեական վարույթներով պետությանը պատճառված վնասը կազմել է 411 միլիոն 728 հազար դրամ (2024 թվականի՝ 1 միլիարդ 479 միլիոն 117 հազար դրամ), որից մինչդատական վարույթում քննված քրեական վարույթներով վերականգնվել է 108 միլիոն 712 հազար դրամը (2024 թվականին՝ 51 միլիոն 935 հազար դրամ):
Բացի այդ, դատական ակտերի կատարման վարույթով վերականգնվել է պետությանը պատճառված 1 միլիոն 300 հազար դրամը:
2025 թվականին ՀՀ զինվորական դատախազության դատախազների կողմից մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան է հանձնվել 943 քրեական գործ՝ 1070 անձի վերաբերյալ (2024 թվականին՝ 905 գործ՝ 1027 անձի վերաբերյալ):
2025 թվականին 856 քրեական գործ՝ 951 անձի վերաբերյալ քննվել և ավարտվել է դատարանում, որից 708 քրեական գործերի դատաքննությունն ավարտվել է մեղադրական դատավճռի կայացմամբ. դատապարտվել է 785 անձ:
Զինվորական դատախազի տեղեկացմամբ, Զինվորական կենտրոնական դատախազության պետական շահերի պաշտպանության բաժնի և կայազորների զինվորական դատախազությունների կողմից 2025 թվականին իրականացված 280 ուսումնասիրություններով արձանագրվել է պետությանը պատճառված՝ 1 միլիարդ 432 միլիոն 493 հազար դրամի վնաս (2024 թվականին՝ 5 միլիարդ 677 միլիոն 550 հազար դրամ): 2025 թվականին վերականգնվել է պետությանը պատճառված 938 միլիոն 80 հազար դրամի վնասը, որից 924 միլիոն 294 հազար դրամը պետական շահերի պաշտպանության բաժնի կողմից վերականգնվել է արտադատական կարգով:
2024 թվականին իրականացված ուսումնասիրությունների արդյունքում արձանագրված վնասներից 2025 թվականի ընթացքում վերականգնվել է 92 միլիոն 213 հազար դրամը:
2025 թվականի ընթացքում զինվորական դատախազների կողմից պետական շահերի պաշտպանության ոլորտում հարուցվել է 24 հայց (2024 թվականին՝ 19 հայց): 24 հայցերով բռնագանձման ընդհանուր պահանջը 4 միլիարդ 564 միլիոն 117 հազար դրամ է:
