ՔԿ-ն հրապարակել է 2025 թվականին ընտանեկան բռնnւթյան վերաբերյալ հանցագործությունների վիճակագրությունը

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեում 2025 թվականի ընթացքում ընտանեկան բռնության դեպքերի վերաբերյալ քննվել է 2.398 քրեական վարույթ (2024-ին՝ 2.207), որից 630-ը փոխանցվել է 2024 թվականից:
Հաշվետու ժամանակահատվածում 380 քրեական վարույթ՝ 388 անձի վերաբերյալ մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ ուղարկվել է դատարան (2024-ին՝ 405 քրեական վարույթ՝ 416 անձի վերաբերյալ), ևս 7 բժշկական հարկադրանքի վարույթ եզրափակիչ ակտով ուղարկվել է դատարան (2024-ին՝ 4), 972-ը կարճվել է (2024-ին՝ 735), որից 887-ը` ռեաբիլիտացնող (2024-ին՝ 663), իսկ 85-ը` ոչ ռեաբիլիտացնող հիմքով (2024-ին՝ 72), 284-ը` միացվել է (2024-ին՝ 235), 32 քրեական վարույթ ուղարկվել է այլ մարմին (2024-ին՝ 28), 93-ը հաշվառվել է որպես վարութային և ապացուցողական գործողությունները կատարված (2024-ին՝ 232), 630-ը փոխանցվել է 2026 թվական (2025-ին՝ 568):
Դատարան ուղարկված 375 վարույթից 3-ը քննվել է սպանության, 1-ը՝ սպանության փորձի, 1-ը՝ ծննդկանի կողմից երեխայի սպանության, 4-ը՝ առողջությանը ծանր վնաս պատճառելու, 10-ը՝ առողջությանը միջին ծանրության վնաս պատճառելու, 39-ը՝ առողջությանը թեթև վնաս պատճառելու, 1-ը՝ մարդուն առևանգելու, 4-ը՝ ազատությունից ապօրինի զրկելու, 20-ը՝ հոգեկան ներգործության, 211-ը՝ ֆիզիկական ներգործության, 10-ը՝ սեռական ազատության դեմ ուղղված, 1-ը՝ երեխային հակահասարակական գործողություններ կատարելուն ներգրավելու, 1-ը՝ ծնողի կամ այլ մերձավոր ազգականի և երեխայի միջև տեսակցության իրականացումը խոչընդոտելու, 1-ը՝ երեխայի դաստիարակության կամ խնամքի պարտականությունը չկատարելու կամ ոչ պատշաճ կատարելու, 8-ը՝ ալիմենտ վճարելուց խուսափելու, 8-ը՝ անհետաձգելի միջամտության որոշումը կամ պաշտպանական որոշումը չկատարելու, 52-ը՝ այլ հանցագործությունների դեպքերի առթիվ:
Դատարան ուղարկված վարույթներով 417 տուժողից 25-ը եղել է մինչև 12, 16-ը՝ 13-14, 11-ը՝ 15-18 տարեկան, 365-ը՝ 18-ից բարձր տարիքի:
