Ռեստորանի չհրկիզվող պահարանը կոտրել ու գողացել են 30 հազար դոլար, 6 միլիոն դրամ ու ոսկյա զարդեր

Դեռևս հունվարի 16-ին Ոստիկանության օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոն սատցվել էր ահազանգ, որ Վանաձորում գտնվող մի ռեստորանի չհրկիզվող պահարանը կոտրել ու գողացել են խոշոր գումար։
Դեպքի վայր էր մեկնել Քրեական ոստիկանության Լոռու մարզային վարչության օպերատիվ խումբը։ Ըստ ռեստորանի տիրոջ հաղորդման՝ ինքը գտնվել էր ռեստորանի երկրորդ հարկի իր աշխատասենյակում, երբ կոտրել էին առաջին հարկում գտնվող չհրկիզվող պահարանի դուռն ու գողացել 30 հազար դոլար, վեց միլիոն դրամ ու ոսկյա զարդեր։
Նույն օրը Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում նասխաձեռնվել էր քրեական վարույթ, կատարվել էին անհրաժեշտ գործողություններ, սակայն հանցագործությունը թարմ հետքերով բացահայտել չէր հաջողվել։
Քրեական ոստիկանության Լոռու մարզային վարչության մարդու և սեփականության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների դեմ պայքարի բաժնի ու Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչության ծառայողների համագործակցության արդյունքում մարտի 9-ին ստացվեց օպերատիվ հավաստի տեղեկություն, որ ռեստորանից գողությունը կատարել է Վանաձորի բնակիչ 37-ամյա մի տղամարդ, ում օժանդակել էր նաև համաքաղաքացիներից մեկ։
Նույն օրը երկուսն էլ ձերբակալվեցին ու ներկայացվեցին վարույթն իրականացնող մարմին։
Պարզվեց նաև, որ նրանք ծրագրել էին կատարել բնակարանային գողություններ, ինչը կանխվեց նրանց ձերբակալությամբ։
Մարտի 10-ին խուզարկություն է կատարվել օժանդակող տղամարդու տանը։ Հայտնաբերվել են կանեփանման բույսով տարաներ և մարիխուանայի նմանվող խոշոր չափերի զանգված։
Դատարանի որոշմամբ գողությունը կատարողի նկատմամբ խափանման միջոց է նշանակվել կալանքը, իսկ օժանդակողի նկատմամբ՝ տնային կալանքը։
