Յուինգի սարկոմա․ որո՞նք են քաղցկեղի այս տեսակի ամենատարածված ախտանիշները

«Յուինգի սարկոման՝ ոսկրային չարորակ ուռուցքի տեսակ է, որի վաղ հայտնաբերումը խիստ կարևոր է։
Յուինգի սարկոման առավել հաճախ հանդիպող սարկոմայի տեսակ է դեռահասների և երիտասարդների շրջանում։
Այն հաճախ ախտահարում է ոսկրերը՝ հատկապես ոտքերի, ձեռքերի և կոնքի շրջանում։ Որոշ դեպքերում ներգրավվում են նաև փափուկ հյուսվածքները։ Հիվանդության վաղ ախտորոշումը չափազանց կարևոր է, քանի որ այն մեծ ազդեցություն ունի բուժման հաջողության վրա։
Այս քաղցկեղի երկու հիմնական փուլ կա՝
-Տեղային (local)՝ երբ ուռուցքը միայն ոսկրում կամ մոտակա հյուսվածքում է․ այդ դեպքում բուժման ցուցանիշը հասնում է 70-75%-ի։
-Տարածված (metastatic)՝ երբ քաղցկեղը մետաստազավորվում է հեռակա օրգաններում, այդ թվում թոքերում, այլ ոսկրերում կամ ոսկրածուծում․ այս դեպքում առողջացման հնարավորությունը խիստ նվազում է՝ հասնելով առավելագույնը 15-30%-ի (երբեմն ավելի ցածր)։
Յուինգի սարկոմայի ամենատարածված ախտանիշներն են՝
-ցավ և այտուց ուռուցքի շրջանում,
-շոշափվող գոյացություն՝ տեղային ջերմության բարձրացումով,
-անհայտ ծագման տենդ կամ կոտրվածքներ։
Ախտորոշում
Կիրառվում են ռենտգեն, ԿՏ, ՄՌՏ, ՊԷՏ/ԿՏ հետազոտություններ և վերջնական ախտորոշումը դրվում է գոյացության հյուսվածաբանական հետազոտության հիման վրա։
Բուժում
Հայաստանում Յուինգի սարկոմայի բուժումն իրականացվում է «Յոլյան» արյունաբանության և ուռուցքաբանության կենտրոնում, որտեղ գտնվում է Հայաստանում միակ մանկական քաղցկեղի կենտրոնը։ Վերջինս հանդիսանում է Euro Ewing Consortium-ի անդամ և կիրառում է միջազգային ստանդարտ (ամերիկյան և եվրոպական) ուղեցույցերը։
