Բեյրութի Դախիա թաղամասն իսրայելական հրթիռներից հետո վեր է ածվել իսկական ավերակի: Երեկ եւ այսօր տեղի ունեցած օդային հրթիռակոծությունները տասնյակ մարդկանց զոհվելու պատճառ են հանդիսացել: 

«Հատկապես Դախիան դարձել է պատերազմի էպիկենտրոնը: Իսրայելը, վստահ հասկանալով, որ որևէ հաջողություն չի արձանագրում Իրանի դեմ սկսած պատերազմում, այժմ թիրախի տակ է պահում Լիբանանը, իր կոտորածը արդարացնելով, իբր թե թիրախում «Հըզբոլլահ» շարժման կենտրոնակայաններն են: Անմեղ մարդիկ են զոհվում: Մերձավոր արևելքի մարգարիտը վտանգված է»,- MediaHub-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Լիբանանի Աշրաֆիե քաղաքի բնակիչ Արսինե Ճապաղջուրյանը: 

Բեյրութի համեմատ Աշրաֆիե ծովափնյա քաղաքում հարաբերական խաղաղ է, փողոցները, մեր զրուցակցի խոսքով, լիքն են անտուն, անօթեւան դարձած մարդկանցով, ովքեր անվտանգության նկատառումներից ելնելով, տեղափոխվել են համեմատաբար հանգիստ վայրեր.

«Հանգիստ բնակավայր հիմա չկա Լիբանանում: Իսրայելական հրթիռները թափվում են քաղաքների վրա, խաղաղ բնակիչները դարձել են Նեթանյահուի թիրախը: Ամբողջ երկրում կամ օդային տագնապի ազդանշան է, կամ իսրայելական անօդաչու թռչող սարքերի ձայներ»։

Արսինեի Ճապաղջուրյանի խոսքով՝ Բեյրութի արվարձանները, մասնավորապես Դախիան, երեկ գիշերային եւ այսօր առավոտյան հրթիռակոծությունից հետո դարձել է ուրվականների քաղաք, որտեղ միայն ավերածություններ են, կմախքի վերածված շենքեր, ամայացած փողոցներ:
