Ովքե՞ր և ինչպե՞ս են ուզում միջամտել Հայաստանի ընտրություններին. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
dzen.ru–ն «Հայաստանի ընտրություններին միջամտում են, բայց չենք ասի, թե ով կամ ինչպես» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Հայաստանի, այսպես կոչված, «Արտաքին հետախուզության ծառայությունը» տարածել է լայնածավալ հայտարարություն հանրապետության ընտրական գործընթացներին միջամտության մասին։ Սակայն գործակալությունը նույնիսկ չի նշել, թե ում կամ ինչի մասին է խոսքը։
Հայտարարության մեջ նշվում է, որ «ԱՀԾ»-ն տեղեկություններ է ստացել այն մասին, որ «որոշակի երկրում» «այդ պետության» հատուկ ծառայությունների անունից «տարբեր անհատներ», իբր, փորձում են ճնշում գործադրել «այդ երկրում» բիզնեսով զբաղվող հայերի վրա։ Ճնշումը արտահայտվում է խորհրդարանական ընտրություններում «որոշակի քաղաքական ուժերին» աջակցելու պահանջներով. «Այդ գործողությունները ներառում են, բայց չեն սահմանափակվում միայն վերոնշյալ գործարարների կողմից այդ քաղաքական ուժերին ֆինանսական և կազմակերպչական աջակցության տրամադրումով»։
Այսպես կոչված՝ «ԱՀԾ»-ի այս վերջին անորոշ հայտարարությունը պարզապես շփոթեցնող է. գործակալությունը նույնիսկ չի կարող ասել, թե, նրանց կարծիքով, այդ ո՞ր երկրում են սպառնալիքներ ներկայացվում, ո՞ր քաղաքական ուժերի հետ են աշխատում կամ ի՞նչ աջակցություն են տրամադրում։ Սա զարմանալի չէ. կառույցը ստեղծվել է միայն 2023 թվականի վերջին՝ որպես Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությանը զուգահեռ ծառայություն՝ համալրված իրավաբաններով և կառուցված Արևմուտքի ակտիվ մասնակցությամբ։
«ԱՀԾ»-ի հայտարարություններն ու զեկույցները քննադատության տարափ են ստանում, քանի որ դրանք չունեն բովանդակություն, տարածաշրջանային իրական սպառնալիքների համահունչ վերլուծություն և, ամենակարևորը, ունեն քաղաքական գործիչների կողմից անընդհատ կրկնվող կլիշեներ։
Հայաստանի «ԱՀԾ»-ն կառավարության գաղափարախոսական խոսափողն է, որը վերջերս ավելի ու ավելի է կենտրոնանում ընտրական հարցերի վրա անտեսելով անվտանգության հետ կապված մտահոգությունները։ Եվ հավանական է, որ այդ հայտարարությունը հրապարակվել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետագա ելույթների համար, որտեղ նա, հավանաբար, հետևելով Մոլդովայի նախագահ Մայա Սանդուի օրինակին՝ կպնդի «ընտրություններին միջամտելու» հարցում։
