Հնդկաստանում մի կին ձերբակալվել է սեփական դստեր մահվան գործով։ Նա հանցագործությունը կատարել է ընտանիքի հեղինակությունը փրկելու համար, հաղորդում է NDTV-ն ։
Անցյալ տարի 19-ամյա Ֆարզանան սկսեց էլեկտրոնային փոստով շփվել մի երիտասարդի՝ Սունիլ Յադավի հետ։ Նրանք սկսեցին սիրային հարաբերություններ, որից հետո Սունիլը խոստացավ ամուսնանալ նրա հետ։ Նա հղիացավ, բայց նրա փեսացուն կտրուկ փոխեց իր միտքը և նույնիսկ համոզեց նրան աբորտ անել։
Աֆսանա անունով մի աղջկա մայրը նկատեց, որ իր դուստրը վատառողջ է, ապա բացահայտեց նրա արգելված սիրավեպը։ Զայրացած, որ երիտասարդ Ֆարզանան վնասել էր իր հեղինակությունը, մայրը և նրա 26-ամյա որդին աղջկան դուրս վռնդեցին տնից։ Սունիլը նրան իր մոտ վերցրեց։
Իրավապահ մարմինները հինգ օր փնտրել են աղջկան, սակայն ոստիկանները նրան անգիտակից վիճակում գտել են կայարանում: Նա բողոք է ներկայացրել ընկերոջ դեմ՝ պնդելով, որ վերջինս հրաժարվել է ամուսնությունից և պնդել է աբորտի վրա: Սակայն նրա մայրը հանկարծ հասկացել է, թե ինչ է կատարվում և հետ է վերցրել հաղորդումը՝ վախենալով, որ լուրեր կտարածվեն:
Այս տարվա մարտին Ֆարզանայի մարմինը գտնվեց դաշտում։ Մոտակայքում թունավոր փոշու շիշ էր ընկած։ Ասֆանան, իր հերթին, մեղադրեց Սունիլին դստեր մահվան մեջ, չնայած նա բացարձակապես անմեղ պարզվեց։ Աղջկա մայրն ու եղբայրը ներգրավված էին թունավորման մեջ։ Ոստիկանությունը ձերբակալեց կասկածյալներին, և երկուսն էլ զղջում հայտնեցին։
