Վիրուսների ազդեցությունը օրգանիզմի վրա․ այն, ինչ շատերը չեն գիտակցում

Վիրուսները համարվում են ամենատարածված վարակիչ գործոններից մեկը, որոնք կարող են ազդել մարդու առողջության վրա։ Դրանք մանրագույն միկրոօրգանիզմներ են, որոնք չեն կարող ինքնուրույն բազմանալ և դրա համար օգտագործում են մարդու կամ կենդանիների բջիջները։ Երբ վիրուսը ներթափանցում է օրգանիզմ, այն սկսում է արագորեն տարածվել և խաթարել բջիջների բնական աշխատանքը։
Վիրուսների ներթափանցումը կարող է տեղի ունենալ տարբեր ճանապարհներով՝ օդակաթիլային, սննդի միջոցով, վարակված մակերեսների հետ շփման կամ արյան միջոցով։ Օրգանիզմ մտնելուց հետո վիրուսը «կպչում» է բջջին և ներթափանցում դրա ներսը, որտեղ սկսում է բազմապատկվել՝ օգտագործելով բջջի ռեսուրսները։ Արդյունքում բջիջը վնասվում է կամ ոչնչանում։
Այս գործընթացը հաճախ առաջացնում է բորբոքային արձագանք, քանի որ իմունային համակարգը փորձում է պայքարել վարակիչ գործոնի դեմ։ Այդ պայքարի ընթացքում կարող են առաջանալ տարբեր ախտանիշներ՝ ջերմություն, թուլություն, գլխացավ, մկանային ցավեր և ընդհանուր վատ ինքնազգացողություն։ Նման ախտանիշներ հաճախ նկատվում են նաև այնպիսի հիվանդությունների ժամանակ, ինչպիսիք են Influenza-ն կամ COVID-19-ը։
Վիրուսները կարող են ազդել նաև օրգանիզմի տարբեր համակարգերի վրա։ Որոշ վիրուսներ հիմնականում վնասում են շնչառական համակարգը, մյուսները՝ մարսողական համակարգը կամ նյարդային համակարգը։ Այդ պատճառով վիրուսային վարակների ազդեցությունը կարող է տարբեր լինել՝ սկսած թեթև ախտանիշներից մինչև ավելի լուրջ առողջական խնդիրներ։
Միևնույն ժամանակ մարդու իմունային համակարգը սովորաբար կարողանում է ճանաչել վիրուսները և աստիճանաբար ոչնչացնել դրանք։ Այդ ընթացքում օրգանիզմը ստեղծում է պաշտպանական հակամարմիններ, որոնք հետագայում կարող են օգնել նույն վիրուսի դեմ ավելի արագ արձագանքել։
Մասնագետները նշում են, որ վիրուսային վարակներից պաշտպանվելու համար կարևոր են հիգիենայի պահպանումը, առողջ սննդակարգը, բավարար քունը և իմունային համակարգի ուժեղացումը։ Այս միջոցները կարող են օգնել օրգանիզմին ավելի արդյունավետ դիմակայել տարբեր վիրուսային վարակներին և նվազեցնել հիվանդանալու հավանականությունը։
