Դատապարտված ամերիկացի ֆինանսիստ Ջեֆրի Էփշտեյնը կարող էր իր զոհերին սեքսուալ շահագործման նպատակով փոխանցել եգիպտացի միլիարդատեր Մոհամեդ Ալ Ֆայեդին։ Այս մասին հայտնում է The Times թերթը՝ հղում անելով Էփշտեյնի ցանցի զոհ դարձած կանանցից մեկի վկայությանը։
ԶԼՄ-ների համար Նատալի կեղծանվամբ հանդես եկած կնոջ վկայությամբ, նա Էփշտեյնի հետ ծանոթացել է 17 տարեկանում, երբ աշխատում էր որպես մոդել։ Շուտով, ըստ նրա պնդման, նա հայտնվել է ֆինանսիստի ազդեցության տակ և մտել նրա շրջապատ։

2023 թվականին Ալ Ֆայեդի մահից հետո նրա դեմ մեղադրանքների թիվը կտրուկ աճել է. հարյուրավոր կանայք հայտարարել են սեքսուալ բռնության մասին, իսկ բրիտանական և ֆրանսիական ոստիկանությունն ուսումնասիրում է թրաֆիքինգի և սեքսուալ շահագործմանը նպաստելու հնարավոր դրվագները։
