Աղը մարդու սննդակարգի ամենատարածված բաղադրիչներից մեկն է։ Այն օգտագործվում է ոչ միայն ուտեստներին համ տալու համար, այլ նաև կարևոր դեր ունի օրգանիզմում հեղուկների հավասարակշռության պահպանման գործում։ Սակայն այսօր վաճառքում կարելի է հանդիպել աղի բազմաթիվ տեսակների, որոնք տարբերվում են իրենց մշակման ձևով, բաղադրությամբ և ազդեցությամբ օրգանիզմի վրա։
Աղի հիմնական բաղադրիչը Sodium Chloride-ն է, որը անհրաժեշտ է օրգանիզմի նորմալ աշխատանքի համար։ Այնուամենայնիվ, դրա չափից շատ օգտագործումը կարող է կապված լինել առողջական տարբեր խնդիրների հետ, այդ թվում՝ Hypertension-ի զարգացման ռիսկի հետ։

Սեղանի աղը ամենատարածված տեսակն է։ Այն արդյունահանվում է հանքերից կամ ստացվում է ծովի ջրի մշակման արդյունքում, սակայն անցնում է ուժեղ մաքրման և վերամշակման փուլեր։ Հաճախ այս աղին ավելացվում է նաև յոդ՝ օրգանիզմում յոդի պակասը կանխելու համար։
Ծովի աղ
Ծովի աղը ստացվում է ծովի ջրի գոլորշիացման միջոցով։ Այն սովորաբար ավելի քիչ է մշակվում և կարող է պահպանել որոշ միկրոտարրեր՝ մագնեզիում, կալիում և կալցիում։ Շատ մարդիկ այն համարում են ավելի բնական տարբերակ, սակայն քիմիական կազմով այն նույնպես հիմնականում նատրիումի քլորիդ է։
Հիմալայական վարդագույն աղ
Այս աղը արդյունահանվում է Պակիստանի լեռնային շրջաններում գտնվող հանքերից և հայտնի է իր վարդագույն երանգով։ Այն պարունակում է փոքր քանակությամբ տարբեր միկրոտարրեր, ինչի պատճառով հաճախ ներկայացվում է որպես «ավելի առողջ» տարբերակ, թեև մասնագետների կարծիքով դրա հիմնական բաղադրիչը նույնպես նույն նատրիումի քլորիդն է։
Ո՞ր աղն է ամենավտանգավորը
Մասնագետների կարծիքով խնդիրը ոչ այնքան աղի տեսակի մեջ է, որքան դրա չափից շատ օգտագործման մեջ։ Բոլոր աղերի հիմնական բաղադրիչը նույնն է, և դրանց մեծ քանակը կարող է բարձրացնել արյան ճնշումը, ծանրաբեռնել սիրտը և երիկամները։
Հատկապես վտանգավոր է չափից շատ վերամշակված սննդի օգտագործումը, քանի որ այդպիսի մթերքներում հաճախ արդեն մեծ քանակությամբ աղ կա, ինչը մարդը կարող է նույնիսկ չնկատել։
Աղի տարբեր տեսակները հիմնականում տարբերվում են իրենց մշակման ձևով և արտաքին տեսքով, սակայն դրանց մեծ մասը ունի նույն հիմնական բաղադրիչը։ Առողջության համար ամենակարևորը ոչ թե աղի տեսակի ընտրությունն է, այլ դրա չափավոր օգտագործումը և հավասարակշռված սննդակարգը։
