Բացահայտվել է հերթական կեղծ «Զանգերի կենտրոնը»․ կիրառվել է «Airdrop scam» մեթոդը

Քրեական ոստիկանության կիբեռհանցագործությունների դեմ պայքարի վարչության ծառայողները հերթական օպերատիվ տեղեկությունն էին ստացել հանցավոր գործունեությամբ զբաղվող մի խումբ անձանց վերաբերյալ, որոնք նախնական համաձայնությամբ և դերերի հստակ բաշխմամբ, միմյանց գործողությունները փոխլրացնելով, համացանցային զանգերի միջոցով իրականացնում էին լայնամասշտաբ հափշտակություններ։
Ստացված տեղեկությունների համակողմանի վերլուծության հիման վրա՝ նախաքննական մարմին է ներկայացվել հանցագործության մասին հաղորդում, նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։ Մարտի 9-ին Քրեական ոստիկանության Կիբեռհանցագործությունների դեմ պայքարի և Քննչական կոմիտեի Հատկապես կարևոր գործերի քննության վարչությունների ծառայողները համատեղ խուզարկություն են իրականացրել Երևանի Դավթաշեն թաղամասի առանձնատներից մեկում։
Հատկանշական է, որ հանցավոր խումբը նախապես կառուցել էր պաշտպանական յուրօրինակ համակարգ. տարածքը կահավորված էր արտաքին տեսահսկման սարքերով, որոնց միջոցով իրավապահներին նկատելուն պես նախատեսված էր վայրկյանների ընթացքում հոսանքազրկել շինությունը՝ այդպիսով ջնջելով կամ անհասանելի դարձնելով հանցավոր գործունեության բոլոր թվային հետքերը։Իրավապահների արագ ու հմուտ գործողությունների արդյունքում հաջողվել է կանխել նախաքննության համար առանցքային նշանակություն ունեցող թվային ապացույցների ոչնչացումը։
Եվ այսպես, իրավապահների տեսադաշտում հայտնված 14 անձից բաղկացած խումբը գործել էր կազմակերպված և հստակ պլանավորված հանցավոր սխեմայով։ Կիբեռհանցագործությունների դեմ պայքարի վարչության ծառայողները ձեռնարկած օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզել են, որ խմբի անդամները վարձակալել են առանձնատուն, աննկատ մնալու համար իրականացրել ներքին լուսավորության քողարկման հատուկ աշխատանքներ և տարածքը կահավորել ժամանակակից համակարգչային տեխնիկայով ու կապի միջոցներով։
Գործողությունների առանցքում Airdrop scam մեթոդի կիրառումն էր։ Մասնավորապես՝ ստեղծելով կեղծ ներդրումային հարթակ, հմտորեն թաքցնելով իրենց ինքնությունը, նրանք հանդես են եկել կեղծանուններով։ Օգտագործելով հաղորդակցման բարձր հմտություններ և տիրապետելով մի քանի օտար լեզուների՝ նրանք թիրախավորել են օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիների՝ տրամադրելով կեղծ տեղեկություններ կրիպտոակտիվների շուկայում իբր բարձր եկամտաբերություն ապահովող ներդրումների վերաբերյալ, ինչի արդյունքում իրականացրել են խոշորամասշտաբ հափշտակություններ։
Քրեական ոստիկանության կիբեռհանցագործությունների դեմ պայքարի վարչության պետ Հայկ Մկրտչյանի խոսքով՝ նախնական տվյալներով հանցավոր խումբը զանգերի կենտրոններ է ունեցել ինչպես Հայաստանում, այնպես էլ արտերկրում։ Ներկայումս աշխատանքներ են տարվում օտարերկրյա գործընկերների հետ՝ կենտրոնի գործունեությունն ամբողջությամբ բացահայտելու, ինչպես նաև հասցված վնասի չափը հստակեցնելու նպատակով։
Իրականացվում են անհրաժեշտ վարույթային գործողություններ՝ հանցավոր սխեմայի մանրամասները և դերակատարների շրջանակը պարզելու ուղղությամբ։ Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է։
