Որքա՞ն կբարձրանան ԱՊՊԱ համակարգում հատուցման սահմանաչափերը ապրիլի 1–ից

Ապրիլի 1–ից ԱՊՊԱ համակարգում կբարձրանան հատուցման սահմանաչափերը։ Այս մասին ասուլիսի ժամանակ հայտարարեց Հայաստանի ավտոապահովագրողների բյուրոյի գործադիր տնօրեն Վաղինակ Եղիազարյանը։
Նրա խոսքով` որոշման համար հիմք է ծառայել ԱՊՊԱ համակարգի զարգացման ռազմավարությունը, որով նախատեսված է հաճախորդամետ գործողություններ իրականացնել։ Գույքային վնասների դեպքում (մեկ անձի համար) այսուհետ 1 800 000 դրամի փոխարեն սահմանաչափը դառնում է 2 500 000 ՀՀ դրամ։ Առողջությանը և կյանքին հասցված վնասի դեպքում 3 300 000 դրամի փոխարեն սահմանաչափը բարձրանում է մինչև 3 500 000 ՀՀ դրամ։
Եղիազարյանն ընդգծեց, որ ավտովթարների ժամանակ ծախսերը հաճախ գերազանցում էին նախկին շեմերը, ինչը լրացուցիչ ֆինանսական բեռ էր դառնում քաղաքացիների համար։
«Մեր հաշվարկները ցույց են տալիս, որ այժմ` երբ կա փոխհատուցման վերին սահմանաչափ, որոշ հատուցումներ, երբ այդ սահմանաչափից բարձր են, չեն կատարվում։ Ընդհանուր առմամբ մոտավորապես 94 % վնասների փոխհատուցում է կատարվում։ Օրինակ, եթե սահմանաչափը 1.8 մլն դրամ է, բայց վնասը կազմել է 2.5 մլն դրամ, քաղաքացին 700.000 դրամ պետք է ինքը վճարեր։ Այժմ այդ սահմանաչափի բարձրացումն ի նպաստ քաղաքացու կլինի, չնայած մենք չենք կարող ձգտել 100 % վնասների փոխհատուցման»,–ասաց նա։
Եղյազարյանի խոսքով` բարձրացվել են նաև մեկ պատահարի հետևանքով բոլոր տուժողներին վճարվող ընդհանուր գումարների սահմանաչափերը՝ համապատասխանաբար գույքային վնասների դեպքում 18 մլն դրամից դառնալով 25 մլն դրամ, իսկ առողջապահական վնասների դեպքում նախատեսված 33 մլն դրամի սահմանաչափը բարձրացվել է 35 մլն դրամ։
