«Հայաստան–Արցախ» Համահայկական երիտասարդական միությունն իր անվերապահ աջակցությունն է հայտնում Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի նախաձեռնած «Առաջարկ Հայաստանին» ծրագրին և, ամբողջությամբ կիսելով դրա գաղափարներն ու ռազմավարական նպատակադրումները, հայտարարում է․

Պատրաստ ենք ամբողջ ներուժով սատարել «Առաջարկ Հայաստանին» ծրագրին։

Պատրաստ ենք ակտիվ մասնակցել ծրագրի հզորացմանը և գաղափարների կյանքի կոչմանը։

Պատրաստ ենք կանգնելու Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի կողքին, ինչպես նա կանգնեց մեր կողքին՝ օգնելով հազարավոր երիտասարդների միավորվել «Հայաստան-Արցախ» Համահայկական երիտասարդական միության շուրջ և իրագործել մեր ծրագրերը։

Երաշխավորված խաղաղությունը երիտասարդ սերնդի համար վստահության և հայրենիքում մնալու բանաձևն է։

Մենք բարձր ենք գնահատում Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի աջակցությունը Արցախի երիտասարդությանը։ Դժվար պահին մեր կողքին լինելը երբեք չի մոռացվի։

Երիտասարդների համար խաղաղ, անվտանգ և տնտեսապես կայուն Հայաստանը նշանակում է արժանապատիվ և որակյալ կրթություն,

մասնագիտությանը համապատասխան աշխատանք,

մրցունակ վարձատրություն, բնակարան ձեռք բերելու իրատեսական հնարավորություն, պետական աջակցությամբ ձեռնարկատիրական գործունեություն սկսելու հստակ և հասանելի մեխանիզմներ։

Մենք միանում ենք «Առաջարկ Հայաստանին» ծրագրին և առաջ ենք քաշում մեր ծրագրային առաջարկները.

1. Ռազմաարդյունաբերական և ռազմավարական ոլորտներում կրթություն ստացած երիտասարդների համակարգային ներգրավում,
գիտելիքների և հմտությունների շարունակական զարգացում, միջազգային փորձի փոխանակման ծրագրերի ընդլայնում,

2. Արցախից տեղահանված երիտասարդների համար պետական հոգեբանական և սոցիալական աջակցության երկարաժամկետ ծրագրերի իրականացում։

3. Կրթության և աշխատաշուկայի համակարգային համադրվածություն

4. Կրթական ծրագրերի վերանայում՝ աշխատաշուկայի պահանջներին համապատասխանեցնելու նպատակով

5. Երիտասարդական ձեռներեցության խթանում

6. Անտոկոս կամ արտոնյալ վարկային գործիքների և նպատակային դրամաշնորհների տրամադրում,

7. Մարզերում հեռավար աշխատանքի և նորարարական հաբերի ստեղծում

8. Քաղաքացիական և քաղաքական որոշումների կայացման գործընթացում ներգրավվածության ընդլայնում

9. Պետական կառույցներում երիտասարդական խորհրդատվական մարմինների ձևավորում։

Մենք պատրաստ ենք մեր երիտասարդական ավյունն ու գիտելիքներն օգտագործել «Առաջարկ Հայաստանին» ծրագրի կենսագործման համար։
