Կառավարությունը հաստատել է ՀՀ բարձրագույն ուսումնական հաստատությունների 2026-2027 ուսումնական տարվա՝ ըստ մասնագիտությունների պետության կողմից ուսանողական նպաստների ձևով ուսման վարձի լրիվ փոխհատուցմամբ և վճարովի, առկա ուսուցմամբ բակալավրի ու անընդհատ և ինտեգրացված կրթական ծրագրերով ընդունելության տեղերը։

Ըստ հիմնավորման՝ առաջարկվող՝ ըստ մասնագիտությունների պետության կողմից ուսման վճարի լրիվ փոխհատուցմամբ ուսուցման տեղերի ձևավորման սկզբունքներն են՝ պետության, տնտեսության զարգացման համար առաջնային ու կարևորություն ներկայացնող բնագավառներում մասնագետների պահանջարկն ապահովելն ու ռազմական, տեղեկատվական, տեխնոլոգիական, մշակութային, ագրարային, տվյալագիտության, գեոմատիկայի, շինարարական ճարտարագիտության, կրթական գիտությունների, մասնագիտական մանկավարժության և այլ ոլորտները բարձրագույն կրթությամբ կադրերով համալրելը, կադրային կազմի վերարտադրության ապահովումը, պետության կողմից կրթության ոլորտի զարգացման խրախուսումը:

Հաշվի առնելով 2025-2026 ընդունելության մրցույթի արդյունքները, թափուր մնացած տեղերի վերլուծությունը՝ նախատեսվում է 2026-2027 ուստարվա համար ըստ մասնագիտությունների առկա ուսուցմամբ բակալավրի ու անընդհատ և ինտեգրացված կրթական ծրագրերով 11 000 վճարովի ընդունելության տեղ, որոնք կբաշխվեն բուհերի կողմից ներկայացրած հայտերին համապատասխան՝ տվյալ մասնագիտությանը լիցենզիայով հատկացված տեղերի շրջանակում:

Մասնավորապես՝ 2026-2027 ուստարվա համար համապատասխան տեղեր են հատկացվել Երևանի պետական համալսարանի «Ֆիզիկա» (47 տեղ), «Տվյալների մշակումը ֆիզիկայում և արհեստական բանականություն» (15 տեղ) և «Ռադիոֆիզիկա» (47 տեղ) կրթական ծրագրերին: Կադաստրի կոմիտեի առաջարկը հաշվի առնելով՝ Երևանի պետական համալսարանի (պահուստային տեղերի հաշվին) «Աշխարհագրություն» մասնագիտության «Քարտեզագրություն և կադաստրային գործ» կրթական ծրագրի համար նախորդ տարվա 4 տեղի փոխարեն նախատեսվել է 5 տեղ: Հայաստանի ազգային-պոլիտեխնիկական համալսարանի մասնագիտությունների ցանկում ներառված՝ «Տեղեկատվական անվտանգություն» և «Ավիացիոն և հրթիռային տեխնիկա» մասնագիտություններին հատկացվել է ընդհանուր 50 տեղ, որից 15-ը «Բլոկչեյն և ՎԵԲ3 տեխնոլոգիաներ», իսկ 10-ը «Ավիատիեզերական ճարտարագիտություն» կրթական ծրագրերին:
