Մեկ րոպեի սկզբունքը․ ինչպես հաղթահարել ալարկոտությունը

Մեզանից բոլորի մեջ այս կամ այն չափով ալարկոտություն կա, եւ հաճախ մեզ ստիպելով ենք ինչ որ բան անում։ Սակայն երբեմն գործը հնարավորինս հետաձգում ենք՝ վաղվա, մեկ շաբաթ հետոյի եւ այդպես շարունակ։
Երբեմն էլ պարզապես սկսելու ուժ չենք ունենում։ Ճապոնական կայձեն փիլիսոփայություն կամ մեկ րոպեի սկզբունքը Ճապոնական մշակույթում կա կայձեն փիլիսոփայությունը, որը հաճախ նաեւ անվանում են մեկ րոպեի սկզբունք։ Այս սկզբունքի հիմքում հասարակ գաղափար է՝ մարդը պետք է մեկ րոպե ինչ-որ բան անի ամեն օր՝ նույն ժամին։ Հասկանալի է, որ նույնիսկ ամենաալարկոտ մարդը հեշտ կանի սա։
Կարելի է ամենատարբեր բաներ ընտրել անելու՝ մարզանք, գիրք կարդալ, այլ լեզու սովորել եւ այլն։ Կարեւորը, մեկ րոպեում չեք հոգնի այն բանից, ինչ անում եք։ Հետո արդեն քիչ քիչ ավելացնում եք ձեր արածը, կարեւորը՝ սկսելն է։ Այս մեթոդով դուք ձեզ սովորեցնում եք կոնկրետ բան անել՝ սկսելով ամենաքչից։ Աստիճանաբար դուք ձեզ վրա ավելի վստահ կզգաք, կցանկանաք առաջ շարժվել։ Կամաց-կամաց մեկ րոպեն կդառնա այնքան ժամանակ, ինչքան որ ձեզ պետք էր՝ կոնկրետ գործն անելու համար։
Այս մեթոդը սկսել են կիրառել Ճապոնիայում, բուն բառը նշնակում է՝ անդադար կատարելագործում։ Առաջին հայացքից մեթոդը կարող է կասկածելի եւ ոչ արդյունավետ թվալ։ Սակայն երբ սկսեք կիրառել այն, կհասկանաք դրա արդյունավետությունը։
