52 երկրի քաղաքացիներ օգտվել են Հայաստանի տարածքից Իրանից դուրս գալու համար, բայց միայն ՀՀ երկու քաղաքացի է ցանկացել վերադառնալ

Հայ-իրանական սահմանին սովորականից զգալիորեն տարբերվող շարժ, ՀՀ քաղաքացիների զանգվածային վերադարձի կամ ելք ու մուտքի միտում չի նկատվել։ Այս մասին հայտարարել է ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը՝ ՀՀ դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցչությունների ղեկավարների հավաքի ընթացքում՝ ընդգծելով, որ ակտիվության պակասն ինքնին հետաքրքիր է։

«Իրանում, օրինակ, մեր դեսպանության հետ կապ են հաստատել, որքան էլ զարմանալի է, ընդամենը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության երկու քաղաքացի, և նրանց վերադարձի հարցում դեսպանությունը ցուցաբերել է անհրաժեշտ աջակցություն»,- նշել է նա։

Միրզոյանի խոսքով՝ Հայաստան-Իրան սահմանն օգտագործել են նաև այլ երկրների քաղաքացիներ և դիվանագետներ։

«Հայաստան-Իրան սահմանն օգտագործել են նաև շատ այլ երկրների դիվանագետներ, այդ հաստատությունների աշխատակիցներ և նաև ուղղակի քաղաքացիներ։Ուղղակի ի գիտություն՝ 52 երկրի քաղաքացիներ օգտվել են Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքից՝ տվյալ իրավիճակից դուրս գալու համար։ Կարծում եմ՝ սա բավական շոշափելի թիվ է։ Կան դեպքեր, երբ վիզա է պահանջվում, կան դեպքեր՝ ոչ, և այդ գործընթացը դյուրացնելու անհրաժեշտություն կա»,- ասել է նախարարը։

Նա անդրադարձել է նաև այն հանգամանքին, որ որոշ քաղաքացիներ չեն շտապում լքել այն երկրները, որտեղ անվտանգային խնդիրներ կան։

«Ունենք հետաքրքիր երևույթ․ նույնիսկ այն երկրներում, որտեղ ավիահարվածներ կամ ռմբակոծություններ են տեղի ունենում, կան ՀՀ քաղաքացիներ, որոնք չեն ցանկանում հեռանալ։ Նրանց թվում են ուսանողներ, որոնք ցանկանում են շարունակել ուսումը։ Մենք շատերին օգնել ենք դուրս գալ, սակայն կան նաև ուսանողներ, որոնք նախընտրում են մնալ։ Կան նաև աշխատող քաղաքացիներ, որոնք պայմանագրային պարտավորություններ ունեն և առայժմ չեն ցանկանում լքել այդ երկրները»,- նշել է Միրզոյանը։
