2018 թվականից ի վեր Հայաստանում արդյունաբերական արտադրությունը աճել է 81%-ով՝ հասնելով 3,3 տրիլիոն դրամի։ Դրա մասին մարտի 20-ին հայտարարել է էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Գևորգ Պապոյանը՝ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի խորհրդարանական մշտական հանձնաժողովի նիստում՝ կառավարության 2025 թվականի ծրագրի (2021–2026 թվականներին) իրականացման ընթացքի և արդյունքների մասին զեկույցի ներկայացման ժամանակ։

Ֆինանսների փոխնախարար Արման Պողոսյանը նույնպես անդրադարձել է պետական պարտքի թեմային։ Ըստ նրա՝ պետական պարտքի միտումները «կառավարելի» են։

Մասնավորապես, ինչպես նշել է պաշտոնյան, 2025 թվականի վերջին Հայաստանի պետական պարտքը կազմել է 14 միլիարդ 531 միլիոն դոլար։ 2024 թվականի դեկտեմբերի վերջի համեմատ այն աճել է մոտավորապես 1,7 միլիարդ դոլարով կամ 13,1%-ով։

Միաժամանակ, պետական պարտք/ՀՆԱ հարաբերակցությունը նվազել է 0,7 տոկոսային կետով՝ հասնելով 47,3%-ի, ապահովելով հարկաբյուջետային կանոնների պահպանումը: Այսինքն՝ այն պետք է մնա ՀՆԱ-ի 50%-ից ցածր։

«Խրախուսելի է, որ ազգային արժույթով արտահայտված պարտքի մասնաբաժինը կայուն աճում է: Սա մեղմացնում է փոխարժեքի տատանումների հետ կապված ռիսկերը», - ասել է կառավարության ներկայացուցիչը։

Այսպիսով, 2025 թվականի դեկտեմբերի վերջին կառավարության պարտքի կառուցվածքում ներքին պարտքի մասնաբաժինը 51,8%-ից (2024 թվականի վերջին) աճել է մինչև 53,4%, մինչդեռ դրամով արտահայտված պարտքը նախորդ տարվա վերջի 50,8%-ից աճել է մինչև 52,9%։

Միաժամանակ, 2025 թվականի հունվար-դեկտեմբերին զուտ փոխառության միջոցով պետական բյուջեի դեֆիցիտի ֆինանսավորման ծավալը կազմել է 438,7 միլիարդ դրամ: Դրանցից 297 միլիարդ դրամը ներգրավվել է ներքին աղբյուրներից, 141,7 միլիարդ դրամը՝ արտաքին աղբյուրներից։
