Այս գարնան հանրային մթնոլորտն է որոշելու Հայաստանի հեռանկարը։ Այս մասին գրել է «Այլընտրանքային նախագծեր» խմբի անդամ Վահե Հովհաննիսյանը։
«Եթե քննիչը կարող է արգելել Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոսի ելքը Հայաստանից և այցելությունը Վրաստան, ու հայ հասարակությունը դրանից չի փոթորկվում, ուրեմն շատ կարևոր բան մեզանում այնպես չէ։ Մենք բոլորս հասկանում ենք, որ որոշողը քննիչը չէ, բայց դա չէ էականը։ Եթե ընտրարշավ անող ընդդիմադիր քաղաքական ուժերը Վեհափառի հանդեպ իրակացվող այլանդակության մեջ չեն տեսնում միասնական ընդվզման, ժողովրդին միասնական ուղերձ հղելու սուր խնդիր, միասնական ռեակցիայի պահանջ, ապա ի՞նչ արժեք ունի այդ ընտրարշավը։ Եթե երկրի ինտելեկտուալ շրջանակները չեն ընդվզում, ապա ինչի՞ մասին է խոսքը։ Եթե մթնոլորտը երկրում ընտրություններից 2.5 ամիս առաջ սա է, ապա ի՞նչ ընկալում և ազդեցություն պետք է ունենան մեր լավագույն, գրագետ կազմված ծրագրերը։ Իշխանությունն ամեն օր նոր այլանդակ իրականություն է ստեղծում, իսկ քաղաքական հակադիր համակարգերը միշտ մեկ օր հետ են։
Նման տրամաբանությամբ մենք տեղի ունեցողը գիտակցելու ենք հայտնի ամսաթվից հետո։ Նման պայմաններում հասարակությունը միայն աշնանն է հասկանալու այն, ինչի մասին այսօր իրեն զգուշացնում են։ 2020-ի գարուն-ամառ փուլում հանրային կյանքում առավելագույնը 15-20 հոգի էին, որ զգուշացնում էին այլևս անխուսափելի պատերազմի մասին։ Թե ինչ եղավ այդ աշնանը՝ բոլորն արդեն գիտեն, բայց դաս չքաղեցին։ Ոչ մի հետևություն։ Հիմա կանգնած է սուր խնդիր` փոխել այսօրվա ինդիֆերենտ մթնոլորտը։ Ապրիլ-մայիս ամիսների հանրային մթնոլորտն է որոշելու Հայաստանի երկար տարիների հեռանկարը։
Ծրագրեր մշակելը և ներկայացնելը շատ կարևոր է, բայց վճռորոշը այն հանրային մթնոլորտն է, որի ժամանակ ներկայացվում են այդ ծրագրերը։ Իսկ հայաստանյան այսօրվա մթնոլորտը Հայաստանի համար անհասկանալի, անորոշ հեռանկար է պատկերում։ Փոխենք մթնոլորտը, նոր շերտերի ներգրավենք այս գործում, դուրս գանք թիմային կամ անձնական էգոցենտրիզմից, ու մթնոլորտը կփոխվի՝ իր հետ բերելով հաջողություն»,-գրել է նա։
