ԼՂՀ Ազգային ժողովի նախագահն այցելել է համայնքներ

ԼՂՀ Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Աշոտ Ղուլյանը փետրվարի 15-ին Ասկերանի շրջանի Խանապատ եւ Խրամորթ համայնքներում մասնակցել է 2015 թվականի տարեկան հաշվետու նիստերին:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ԼՂՀ ԱԺ լրատվական ծառայությունից, ԼՂՀ Համայնքների ղեկավարներ Սամվել Շահրամանյանը եւ Արգեն Մկրտչյանն իրենց զեկույցներում ներկյացրել են նախորդ տարվա գործունեության հիմնական ուղղություններն ու ձեռքբերումները, խոսել առկա խնդիրների մասին: Մասնավորապես ընդգծվել է բնակարանային շինարարության, ոռոգման ջրի ապահովման, գյուղերում աղբահամանման համակարգի ներմուծման, երիտասարդների զարգացման եւ կրթական որակի բարելավմանն ուղղված ծրագրերի կիրառման անհրաժեշտությունը:
Նշված խնդիրների լուծման գործում խորհրդարանի նախագահը կարեւորել է համայնքների բնակիչների նախաձեռնողականությունը եւ ակտիվությունը: Աշոտ Ղուլյանը նշել է, որ համայնքների տարեկան հաշվետու նիստերը ո չ միայն ամփոփում են նախորդ տարվա գործունեությունը, այլեւ հուշում աշխատանքի նոր ուղղությունների մասին:
Համայնքների ղեկավարների տարեկան հաշվետվություններին մասնակցում էր նաեւ Ասկերանի շրջվարչակազմի ղեկավար Սերգեյ Գրիգորյանը:
