Պահեստազորայինների զանգվածային զորահավաքը և ռազմական ծախսերի աճը մեծացնում են Իսրայելում խորը տնտեսական ճգնաժամի ռիսկը, գրում է «Курсор Инфо»-ն:
Ըստ լրատվամիջոցի, Իրանի հետ շարունակվող ռազմական հակամարտության ֆոնին իսրայելական տնտեսությունը բախվում է լուրջ ճգնաժամի վտանգի։ Թարմացված գնահատականներով, համախառն կորուստներն արդեն մոտենում են 50-60 միլիարդ շեքելի (խմբ.՝ մոտ 14-17 միլիարդ դոլար) և շարունակում են աճել։
Տնտեսության վրա ճնշման հիմնական գործոն է դառնում մինչև 450 հազար պահեստազորայինների հնարավոր զորահավաքը։ Զորակոչի նման մասշտաբն ընդունակ է կտրուկ թուլացնել աշխատաշուկան, կրճատել արտադրական ակտիվությունը և մեծացնել պետական բյուջեի ծանրաբեռնվածությունը։
«Տնտեսական վնասը բաղկացած է մի քանի բաղադրիչից։ Ուղղակի ռազմական ծախսերն արդեն հասել են տասնյակ միլիարդավոր շեքելների։ Կառավարությունը հաստատել է պաշտպանական բյուջեի ավելացումը 32 միլիարդ շեքելով, ինչպես նաև լրացուցիչ ֆինանսական պահուստի ձևավորումը։ Ծախսերը ծածկելու համար կրճատվել են քաղաքացիական նախարարությունների, այդ թվում՝ առողջապահության, կրթության և սոցիալական ոլորտների բյուջեները։
Զգալի կորուստներ են գրանցվում նաև տնտեսության իրական հատվածում։ Պատերազմի առաջին շաբաթների ընթացքում գործարար ակտիվության անկման վնասը կազմել է շաբաթական մոտ 9 միլիարդ շեքել (խմբ.՝ մոտ 3 միլիարդ դոլար)», - գրում է իսրայելական լրատվամիջոցը։
Միևնույն ժամանակ, ինչպես նշում է «Курсор»-ը, չնայած սահմանափակումների մասնակի մեղմացմանը, ՀՆԱ-ի համախառն կորուստները մի քանի շաբաթվա ընթացքում արդեն հասել են մոտ 18 միլիարդ շեքելի։ Զորահավաքի հետագա ընդլայնումը կարող է վատթարացնել իրավիճակը և հանգեցնել բիզնեսի աշխատանքի նոր խափանումների։
Լրացուցիչ գործոն է մնում ենթակառուցվածքներին և մասնավոր սեփականությանը հասցված վնասը։ Այս պահին այն գնահատվում է հարյուր միլիոնավոր շեքել, սակայն ռազմական գործողությունների շարունակմանը զուգահեռ ակնկալվում է հետագա աճ։
Նույնիսկ մոտակա շաբաթների ընթացքում հակամարտության ավարտի լավատեսական սցենարի դեպքում, Իսրայելի տնտեսությունը ռիսկի է դիմում կորցնել մոտ 22 միլիարդ շեքել՝ միայն ակտիվության նվազման պատճառով։ Ռազմական ծախսերի հետ մեկտեղ սա ստեղծում է խորը տնտեսական ցնցման վտանգ։
Փորձագետները նախազգուշացնում են, որ պատերազմի ձգձգումը կարող է հանգեցնել բյուջեի դեֆիցիտի հետագա աճի, պարտքային ծանրաբեռնվածության ավելացման և երկրի տնտեսական զարգացման համար երկարաժամկետ բացասական հետևանքների։
