«Այսօր երեկոյան կստորագրվի ՀՀԿ-ՀՅԴ կոալիցիոն հուշագիրը։ Աժ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության ղեկավար Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանը չհերքեց դա։ Մեր տեղեկություններով, ՀՅԴ-ից ստորագրողը լինելու Է ԳՄ ներկայացուցիչ Աղվան Վարդանյանը։ ՀՀԿ-ից Դո՞ւք եք ստորագրելու, որտե՞ղ, ինչ ձևաչափով։ «Դեռևս նման քննարկում չկա, վաղը կորոշենք, կասենք»,–ասաց Բաղդասարյանը։ ՀՅԴ-ն կստանա Էկոնոմիկայի, կրթության և գիտության, տարածքային կառավարման նախարարությունները, ինչպեսև Շիրակի ու Արագածոտնի մարզպետների պաշտոնները։ Կստանա նաև Արաբկիրի թաղապետի պաշտոնը։ Խոսակցություններ կային, թե Շիրակի մարզի հարցը «փոզմիշ» Է եղել, սակայն, մեր տեղեկություններով, իշխանությունը համոզել Է ՀՅԴ-ին վերցնել այս մարզը։ Հավանաբար մտածել են, որ, միևնույն է, որևէ ուժ, այդ թվում՝ ՀՅԴ-ն, այս մարզում հաջողության հասնել չի կարող։ Երեկվա դրությամբ փոխվել Էր նաև պաշտոնի հավակնորդի անունը, սկզբում
Ջրային տնտեսության կոմիտեի պետի տեղակալ Հակոբ Մաթիլյանի թեկնածությունն Էր շրջանառվում, իսկ երեկ՝ Հովսեփ Սիմոնյանի, մարզպետարանի ֆինանսատնտեսական վարչության պետի տեղակալի։ Արագածոտնի համար ՀՅԴ-ն ներկայացրել Է նախկին մարզպետ Գագիկ Գյոզալյանին։ Ի դեպ, ԿԳ նախարար Արմեն Աշոտյանը երեկ «հրաժեշտի ցերեկույթ» է կազմակերպել, շնորհակալություն է հայտնել կոլեկտիվին համատեղ աշխատանքի համար։ Իսկ էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Ճշմարիտյանին, այն օրվանից, երբ առարկայական դարձավ ՀՅԴ-ի հետ կոալիցիան, նախարարությունում չեն տեսել՝ նա «ընդմիջումներից» հետո չի վերադարձել աշխատանքի։ Փետրվարի 22-ի Աժ քառօրյայում կքննարկվի կառավարության կառուցվածքում փոփոխությունների նախագիծը, արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունը կտարանջատվի տարածքային կառավարման նախարարությունից, և Դավիթ Լոքյանը կդառնա տարածքայինի նախարար»,–գրում է թերթը։
