18 արդարների գործով առանցքային կարևորության նիստ է սպասվում. դատարանը պետք է հաստատի ապացույցների ծավալը:
Այն որ մեղադրող կողմի ներկայացրած ամբողջ ծավալը կհաստատի, դրանում կասկած չունենք: Բայց արդյո՞ք պաշտպանական կողմի ներկայացրած ապացույցներն էլ կհաստատվեն, թե՞ դատարանը դրանք կհամարի ոչ վերաբերելի: Օրինակ`
- Արդյո՞ք կհարցաքննվեն ՀՀ Քննչական Կոմիտեի նախագահ Արթուր Պողոսյանն ու ՀՀ Գլխավոր դատախազ Աննա Վարդապետյանը, որոնք կատարել են այս գործին վերաներող հրապարակային հայտարարություններ, որոնց վերաբերյալ տվյալներ առկա չեն սույն քրեական վարույթում:
Նրանք պե'տք է հարցաքննվեն, որպեսզի հասկանանք` այդ տվյալներն ինչպես են ձեռք բերվել նրանց կողմից կամ, ընդհանրապես, արդյո՞ք եղել են օբյեկտիվ իրականության մեջ: Եվ եթե եղել են, ապա ինչու չեն ներառվել վարույթում:
- Արդյո՞ք դատարանը կհաստատի գործի մեջ առկա բազմաթիվ գաղտնալսումները, որոնցում մեղադրյալները տարբեր անձանց և խմբերի հորդորում են ՉԿԱՏԱՐԵԼ որևէ հակաօրինական արարք և խաղաղ անհնազանդությամբ հայտնել անհամաձայնություն ներկա իշխանությունների գործունեությանը:
