Ծափաթաղում 3-ամյա տղայի կյանքից զրկած հայրը դատարանի որոշմամբ դատապարտվեց ցմահ ազատազրկման

Այսօր՝ մարտի 25-ին, Գեղարքունիքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության առաջին ատյանի դատարանի դատավոր Արտավազդ Կարապետյանի վճռով ցմահ ազատազրկման է դատապարտվել Գեղարքունիքի մարզի բնակիչ Արմեն Օհանեսովը։
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, վերջինիս նկատմամբ քրեական հետապնդում էր հարուցվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 155-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ, 5-րդ, 9-րդ կետերով։
Քանի որ նա 2025 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 27-ին սպանել էր 2022 թվականի մարտի 23-ին ծնված անչափահաս տղա երեխային՝ նրան ապօրինաբար կյանքից զրկելու դիտավորությամբ։
Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Ճամբարակ խոշորացված համայնքի Ծափաթաղ բնակավայրին հարակից դաշտամիջյան հատվածում նա ձեռքով կոկորդից սեղմելու եղանակով սպանել էր երեխային, իսկ հետո մարմինը դաշտամիջյան տարբեր հատվածներում թաքցնելուց հետո տեղափոխել Ճամբարակ խոշորացված համայնքի Ջիլ բնակավայր տանող ճանապարհին հարակից դաշտամիջյան հատվածում և թողել։ Երեխայի մարմինը հայտնաբերել էին նոյեմբերի 2-ին։
Նշված արարքը հիմնավորված համարելուց հետո դատավոր Արտավազդ Կարապետյանի որոշմամբ կայացված դատավճռով նա դատապարտվեց ցմահ ազատազրկման։
Ինչպես ավելի վաղ հայտնել էր SHAMSHYAN.com-ը՝ նոյեմբերի 2-ին, մի քանի օր շարունակ որոնողական աշխատանքների արդյունքում Գեղարքունիքի մարզում հայտնաբերվեց հոկտեմբերի 27-ից որպես անհայտ որոնվող Ծափաթաղ գյուղի բնակիչ 3-ամյա Տիգրանի մարմինը։
Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում էր ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, փրկարարները, պարեկները ու ոստիկանները երեխայի դին հայտնաբերել էին Ծափաթաղ գյուղին հարակից Ջիլ գյուղի ցուցանակից մոտ 60 մետր հեռավորության վրա՝ դաշտամիջյան հատվածում։
Ինչպես ավելի վաղ տեղից հայտնել էր ֆոտոլրագրողը, հոկտեմբերի 30-ին, ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարության փրկարար ծառայության համայնքային ու քրեական ոստիկանության, պարեկային ծառայության, ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության N զորամասի ծառայողների, կամավորների և Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Գեղարքունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչության և Սևանի քննչական բաժնի քննիչների, Ճամբարակ խոշորացված համայնքի Ծափաթաղ և հարակից գյուղերի բնակիչները կամավորների հետ շարունակում էին 3-ամյա Տիգրանի որոնողական աշխատանքները:
Վաղ առավոտից վերսկսվել էին որոնողական աշխատանքները և փրկարարները, այդ թվում՝ հատուկ նշանակության փրկարարական աշխատանքների իրականացման կենտրոնի հատուկ փրկարարները, փրկարար ծառայության և ոստիկանության կինոլոգները որոնողական աշխատանքները շարունակում են Ծափաթաղ գյուղի դիմաց՝ Սևանա լճի հարակից մի քանի կմ-անոց հատվածներում:
