«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
ura.news–ը «Պուտինը հնարավորություն է տվել Արևմուտքի հետ սիրախաղ անող Փաշինյանին պահպանել հարաբերությունները Ռուսաստանի հետ» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Կրեմլի պաշտոնական հայտարարությունը նախագահ Պուտինի և ՀՀ վարչապետի հեռախոսազրույցի վերաբերյալ, որը կայացել է վերջերս, բավականին ժլատ է։ Այնտեղ նշվում է միայն, որ զրույցը տեղի է ունեցել հայկական կողմի նախաձեռնությամբ։ «Քննարկվել են երկկողմ հարաբերությունների հետագա զարգացման տարբեր ասպեկտներ, այդ թվում` համագործակցությունը առևտրի, տնտեսության, էներգետիկայի և տրանսպորտի ոլորտներում», - ասվում է հայտարարության մեջ։ Սակայն այդ զրույցին նախորդել են մի շարք իրադարձություններ, որոնք կարող են ազդել հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունների վրա։ Փաշինյանը 25 րոպեանոց ելույթ է ունեցել Եվրախորհրդարանում և հայտարարել, որ Հայաստանում հունիսին կայանալիք խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից առաջ հոգևորականներն ու ընդդիմադիր գործիչները փորձում են խաթարել խաղաղությունը և իրավիճակը սրել մինչև պատերազմ։ Հիբրիդային սպառնալիքներին հակազդելու համար, որոնք, ենթադրաբար, բխում են Ռուսաստանից, Եվրամիությունը Հայաստան կուղարկի արագ արձագանքման խումբ։ Հայտարարվել է նաև, որ ԵՄ-ՀՀ առաջին գագաթաժողովը կկայանա մայիսի սկզբին Երևանում։
Քաղաքագետ Ստանիսլավ Պրիտչինը ura. news–ի հետ զրույցում նշել է, որ ներկայում Ռուսաստանի և Հայաստանի միջև հարաբերությունները լավագույն վիճակում չեն։ «Փաշինյանի համար, իրոք, առջևում ամենակարևոր իրադարձություններն են՝ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունները, որոնց ընթացքում նա պետք է փորձի պահպանել իր իշխանությունը։ Նա մեծ շեշտադրում է կատարում դրա վրա, բայց, միևնույն ժամանակ, նրա ուղղվածությունը դեռևս արևմտամետ է», - նշել է Պրիտչինը։
Մոսկվայի և Երևանի միջև հարաբերությունները վատթարանում են, ուստի Փաշինյանը փորձում է ինչ-որ կերպ կայունացնել դրանք։ «Հաշվի առնելով Հայաստանի տնտեսության զգալի կախվածությունը ռուսական ներդրումներից՝ դժվար է հրաժարվել այդ հարաբերություններից։ Կարծում եմ, որ սա Փաշինյանի փորձն է պահպանել որոշակի չեզոք դիրքորոշում գոնե մինչև ընտրությունները, որպեսզի ընտրողները չզգան, որ Փաշինյանը լիովին խզել է հարաբերությունները Ռուսաստանի հետ և փորձում է խուսափել նրա հետ շփվելուց», - եզրափակել է փորձագետը։
