Երեկ ներկա էի Բագրատ սրբազանի և նրա հետ միասին շինծու մեղադրանքով դատվող պայքարի մարտիկների հերթական «դատական նիստին»: Այս դատական գործընթացն ակնհայտորեն որևէ աղերս չունի արդարադատության հետ, մեղադրյալներից շատերն այնտեղ են գտնվում միայն այն պատճառով, որ ինչ որ մի խոսակցության մեջ ինչ որ մեկի կողմից նշվել է նրանց անունը, ոմանց դեպքում նույնիսկ դա էլ չկա, իսկ ամբողջ մեղադրանքը հիմնված է տարբեր գաղտնալսումներից մոնտաժ արված, կցկտուր կտորտանքների վրա, որոնց միջոցով փորձվում է կեղծ տպավորություն ստեղծել, թե մեղադրյալներն ինչ որ լայնամասշտաբ հակապետական ակտ են պլանավորել:
Ակնհայտ է, որ իշխանափոխությունից հետո այս շինծու մեղադրանքը կփլուզվի, իսկ այն այսօր առաջ մղող դատախազները և նրանց հովանավորները կհեռանան իրավապահ համակարգից: Մինչ այդ, պետք է շարունակվի պայքարը մեր երկրում արդար դատաքննության իրավունքի վերականգնման, և բոլոր մեղադրյալների ազատ արձակման, ինչպես նաև մեր ժողովրդին պատուհասած աղետների իրական մեղավորների պատասխանատվության համար: Դրա մասին կարճ անդրադարձ եմ կատարել դատարանի բակից, որը ևս ներկայացնում եմ ձեր ուշադրությանը:
