Նարեկ Կարապետյանը Սիսիանում ներկայացրել է «Ուժեղ Հայաստան»-ի տնտեսական և քաղաքական մոտեցումները

«Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կուսակցության անդամները, կուսակցության խորհրդի անդամ Նարեկ Կարապետյանի գլխավորությամբ, մարտի 26-27-ին աշխատանքային այցով եղել են Սյունիքի մարզի Սիսիան և Գորիս քաղաքներում։
Այցելության ընթացքում Նարեկ Կարապետյանը ներկայացրել է Հայաստանի ապագա վարչապետ Սամվել Կարապետյանի գլխավորած ուժի ծրագրերն ու «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կառուցելու տեսլականը։ Հանդիպումն անցկացվել է հարցուպատասխանի ձևաչափով, որի ընթացքում նա պատասխանել է համակիրների հետաքրքրող հարցերին։
Սիսիանում ունեցած ելույթում Կարապետյանը շեշտել է, որ Սամվել Կարապետյանը գիտակցված ընտրություն է կատարել՝ ներգրավվելով Հայաստանի զարգացման գործընթացում։
«Այլընտրանք ունենալով՝ ուղղակի հանգիստ կյանք ապրելու, Սամվել Կարապետյանը որոշել է չապրել հանգիստ կյանք ու փորձի հանել Հայաստանը աղքատությունից ու փոխելու է»,– նշել է նա։
Նրա խոսքով՝ Կարապետյանն ունի լայն տնտեսական փորձ և միջազգային գործունեություն։
«Կարապետյանը նույն ճանապարհը տարբեր երկրներում անցել է, նա 3-4 երկրում ունի իր տնտեսական միավորները։ Վատ ապրում են հայերը միայն Հայաստանում, էդ նրանից է, որ համակարգը չենք կարողացել սարքել»,– ասել է նա։
Նարեկ Կարապետյանը նաև ընդգծել է, որ առաջնորդի մոտիվացիան չի պայմանավորվում անձնական շահերով։
«Կարապետյանն իր կյանքը ներդնում է Հայաստանի զարգացման համար՝ չկա ուրիշ մոտիվացիա ու օգուտ։ Կարապետյանը ֆինանսապես ապահովված է և Հայաստանի միակ առաջնորդն է լինելու, որ ոչ մի բանի կարիք չի ունենալու»,– նշել է նա։
Նա կարևորել է նաև կառավարման նոր մոտեցումների անհրաժեշտությունը։
«Հայաստանում ամեն ինչ փորձել ենք, բայց երբեք չենք փորձել մարդ, ով երբեք կարիք չի ունեցել փողի։ Չենք փորձել մարդ, ում ամբողջ կյանքը տնտեսությունն է եղել»,– ընդգծել է Կարապետյանը։
Ըստ նրա՝ երկրի զարգացման համար առանցքային նշանակություն ունեն միջազգային կապերն ու բանակցային կարողությունները։
«Այսօր Հայաստանին պետք են կապեր։ Առաջնորդը պետք է ունենա շրջապատ, որ կարողանա երկիրը հանել աղքատությունից։ Մեզ պետք է առաջնորդ, ով կկարողանա պայմանավորվել, կարողանա ներդրում բերել»,– ասել է նա։
Անդրադառնալով ներքին խնդիրներին՝ Կարապետյանը քննադատել է նաև գյուղական համայնքների վիճակը։
«Ասում են՝ երկիրը զարգանում է, ուրեմն պետք է գյուղերն էլ զարգանան, բա էլ ինչու են դպրոցներ փակում։ Իրենք էլ գիտեն, որ չեն կարողանալու զարգացնել գյուղերը»,– նշել է նա։
Խոսելով Հայաստանի ապագայի մասին՝ Կարապետյանը վստահություն է հայտնել երկրի ներուժի նկատմամբ։
«Այս տարածաշրջանում ամենալավ աշխատող ազգը մեր ազգն է։ Վստահ եղեք՝ Հայաստանը տարածաշրջանի ամենահարուստ ազգն էլ լինելու»,– եզրափակել է նա։
«Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կուսակցության աշխատանքային այցը շարունակվում է։
