Բռնաբարության զոհ դարձած 25-ամյա իսպանուհի Նոելիա Կաստիլյո Ռամոսը մահացել է էվթանազիայի միջոցով։ Նա մեկուկես տարի անցկացրել է դատարանում հոր հետ, ով դեմ է եղել այդ քայլին։
Աղջիկը որոշ հոգեկան առողջության խնդիրներ է ունեցել 2022 թվականին ավազակախմբի կողմից բռնաբարվելուց հետո։
25-ամյա Նոելիան մեկուկես տարի անցկացրել է դատարանում հոր հետ՝ էվթանազիայի իրավունքի համար։ Կինը վերապրել էր սեռական բռնություն և փորձել էր ինքնասպան լինել։ Նա կաթվածահար էր եղել և անընդհատ ցավերի մեջ էր։ Հինգշաբթի կեսօրին նրա մահանալու ցանկությունը կատարվել էր։
Կաստիլյոն իսպանական հեռուստատեսությանը տված հարցազրույցում ասել է, որ միշտ «զգացել է իրեն միայնակ» և երբեք չի կասկածել էվթանազիայով կյանքին վերջ տալու իր որոշման մեջ։ «Իմ ընտանիքում ոչ ոք չի աջակցում դրան», - ասել է Կաստիլյոն։
«Ես հեռանում եմ, իսկ դուք մնում եք այստեղ՝ ամբողջ ցավով, բայց ի՞նչ կասեք այն տառապանքների մասին, որոնք ես կրել եմ տարիների ընթացքում։ Ես պարզապես ուզում եմ խաղաղությամբ գնալ և դադարեցնել ցավը»։ «Հոր, մոր կամ քրոջ երջանկությունը չպետք է ավելի կարևոր լինի, քան դստեր երջանկությունը»։
Էվթանազիան կատարվել է Սանտ Պերե դե Ռիբեսի Սանտ Կամիլ հիվանդանոցում, որը Բարսելոնա նահանգի մի մունիցիպալիտետ է, որտեղ ապրում էր Նոելիա Կաստիլյոն։
Աղջիկը խնդրել է, որ մահից առաջ իրեն մենակ թողնեն։ «Ես չեմ ուզում, որ սենյակում ոչ ոք լինի», - ասել է նա։ «Ես չեմ ուզում, որ նրանք տեսնեն, թե ինչպես եմ աչքերս փակում»։
