Արդեն տևական ժամանակ է Երևան քաղաքի Կենտրոն վարչական շրջանի Նորագյուղ թաղամասի 100-ից ավելի սեփական տների բնակիչներ ապրում են գարշահոտ, հակասանիտարական պայմաններում։
Shamshyan.com-ի հետ զրույցում բնակիչներն արդարացիորեն իրենց վրդովմունքն էին ուղղում Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանին, Կենտրոն վարչական շրջանի ղեկավար Պետրոս Պետոյանին և իրենց համար արդեն թիվ մեկ պատուհաս համարվող «Վեոլիա ջուր» ընկերության հասցեին։
Բնակիչներն ասում էին․ «Ինչքան ժամանակ է այս խնդիրը կա, ամեն անգամ, երբ եղանակը անձրևում է, դիտահորերից դուրս թափվող ամբողջ կեղտաջրի պատճառով գարշահոտ ենք շնչում։ Ամեն անգամ դիմում ենք թե՛ գրավոր, թե՛ բանավոր՝ Երևանի քաղաքապետարան, Կենտրոնի թաղապետարան, «Վեոլիա ջուր», սակայն դրական ոչ մի առաջընթաց։ Մեկը մյուսի վրա է գցում ու չեն էլ մտածում, թե ամբողջ թաղամասը ինչպես անեն, որ փրկեն այդ անտանելի գարշահոտից»։
