Շուրջ 1000 մարդ է հավաքվել Ստամբուլի կենտրոնում՝ չնայած տեղատարափ անձրևին, ի նշան բողոքի Իրանում, Լիբանանում և Պաղեստինում շարունակվող պատերազմների դեմ, հայտնում է Associated Press-ը։
Մի քանի կրոնա-պահպանողական ՀԿ-ների կազմակերպած հանրահավաքում հնչել են «Դիմադրե՛ք, Գազան հաղթելու է» և «Մուսուլմանները չեն ենթարկվում ճնշումներին» կարգախոսները։ Ցուցադրվել են նաև «Մարդասպան Իսրայել, մարդասպան Միացյալ Նահանգներ» մակագրությամբ և Իսրայելի կողմից Ալ Աքսա մզկիթը փակելու որոշումը քննադատող պաստառներ։
«Այստեղ ենք աշխարհի բոլոր ճնշվածների համար՝ Լիբանանի, Իրանի, Պաղեստինի։ Երեկ Վենեսուելան էր, վաղը, հավանաբար, Կուբան կլինի։ Մենք այստեղ ենք նրանց բոլորի համար»,- ասել է բողոքի ակցիայի մասնակից Մեհմետ Յըլմազը։
«Երբ Իրանը հրթիռ է արձակում, չնայած այն հայտարարություններին, թե «Երկաթե գմբեթի» շնորհիվ ոչ ոք չի կարող իրենց վնասել, նրանք [իսրայելցիները] բոլորը մկների պես փախչում են իրենց որջերը, հենց հնչում է տագնապի ազդանշանը»,- Associated Press-ին պատմել է ցուցարար Էքրեմ Սայլանը։ «Իսկ ի՞նչ են անում իրանցիները։ Նրանք փողոց են դուրս գալիս։ Ամեն ինչ հավատի մեջ է։ Եթե նրանք [իսրայելցիները] հավատ ունենային, չէին վախենա մահից»։
