«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Դեռևս փետրվարի վերջին հայտնի դարձավ, որ տարիներ շարունակ Ավանի ֆուտբոլի ակադեմիայի մարզադաշտում իր տնային հանդիպումները անցկացնելուց հետո «Արարատ-Արմենիան» Հայաստանի առաջնության գարնանային հատվածի իր տնային հանդիպումները կանցկացնի Աբովյան քաղաքում՝ Վահագն Թումասյանի անվան մարզադաշտում։ Այս մասին հայտարարել էր ակումբի երկրպագուական ակումբ ԱԼՖԱ-ն՝ հավելելով, որ «Հայաստանի ֆուտբոլի ֆեդերացիան իր ողջ հմայքով կիրառում է իրեն հատուկ ոչ ֆուտբոլային, ինստիտուցիոնալ և վարչական միջոցներ՝ փորձելով «Արարատ-Արմենիային» խոչընդոտել հասնել ֆուտբոլային հաջողությունների»:

Այս առումով «Փաստին» նոր տեղեկություններ են հայտնի դարձել: Մեր աղբյուրները փոխանցում են, որ իշխանությունները ուղիղ հրահանգ են իջեցրել Հայաստանի ֆուտբոլի ֆեդերացիային, որպեսզի ամեն ջանք գործադրեն՝ թույլ չտալու «Արարատ-Արմենիայի» չեմպիոնությունը: Իհարկե, այս պահին երեք թիմ (շատ տեսականորեն՝ նույնիսկ հինգ) ունի չեմպիոն դառնալու ռեալ հնարավորություն, սակայն իշխանությունների խնդիրը հենց «Արարատ-Արմենան» է: Նախ՝ հիշեցնենք, որ 2018 թվականի սկզբին ակումբը ձեռք է բերել գործարար Սամվել Կարապետյանը: Ընթացող առաջնությունում 38 միավորով թիմը երկրորդ հորիզոնականում է, սակայն քանի որ առաջին տեղում գտնվող թիմից մեկ խաղ պակաս է անցկացրել, ապա կորցրած միավորներով առաջատարն է: Առաջնությունն ավարտվելու է մոտավորապես մայիսի վերջին (վերջին տուրերի խաղային օրերը դեռևս սահմանված չեն), և իշխանություններն այստեղ էլ քաղաքական ենթատեքստ են «գտել»: Բացի Սամվել Կարապետյանին և նրա «Ուժեղ Հայաստանին» վատություն անելուց, իշխանությունների պատկերացմամբ, ընտրություններից առաջ «Արարատ-Արմենիայի» չեմպիոնությունը կարող է լուրջ «փիառ» գործոն լինել: Դրա համար, մեր տեղեկություններով, հրահանգվել է ցանկացած գնով բացառել նման սցենարը՝ լինի մրցավարների միջոցով, թե այլ «հնարքներով»:
