«Սա կրթական մակարդակից դուրս է, մեզ հետ որևէ կապ չունի»,- Oragir.News-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Երևանի Ա. Մարգարյանի անվան թիվ 29 ավագ դպրոցի տնօրենը՝ անդրադառնալով Սուրբ Աննա եկեղեցում մարտի 29-ին տեղի ունեցած միջադեպից հետո ձերբակալված երիտասարդներին, ովքեր Երևանի Ա. Մարգարյանի անվան թիվ 29 ավագ դպրոցի 12-րդ դասարանում սովորող երկվորյակ եղբայրներ են։
Չնայած դպրոցում չհերքեցին, որ ձերբակալվածներն իրենց ուսումնական հաստատության աշակերտներ են, տնօրենը շտապեց ընդգծել, որ կատարվածը որևէ առնչություն չունի դպրոցի հետ։ Նրա խոսքով՝ աշակերտները դպրոցում երբևէ աչքի չեն ընկել բացասական վարքով։
Oragir.News-ը դպրոց էր այցելել՝ պարզելու աշակերտների վարքը և բնութագիրը ուսումնական միջավայրում, սակայն տնօրենը թույլ չտվեց զրուցել ուսուցիչների հետ՝ պատճառաբանելով, թե դպրոցում միջոցառում է ընթանում։
Նա նաև խուսափեց պատասխանել հարցին՝ արդյոք մտավախություն ունի՞ հնարավոր ճնշումների վերաբերյալ՝ զրույցն ավարտելով և դպրոցի դռները ժպիտով և ներողամիտ հայացքով փակելով մեր առջև։
Լրագրող Սյուզի Բադոյանի ֆեյսբուքյան կայքից հայտնի է դառնում, որ ձերբակալված աշակերտները շարունակում են գտնվել ՁՊՎ-ում, մինչդեռ նրանց նկատմամբ դեռևս մեղադրանք չի առաջադրվել։ Նրա խոսքով՝ եղբայրներից մեկի՝ Միքայել Մինասյանի առողջական վիճակը վատթարացել է, իսկ երկուսն էլ ունեն կալանքի հետ անհամատեղելի առողջական խնդիրներ։
Հիշեցնենք, որ մարտի 29-ին Երևանի Սուրբ Աննա եկեղեցում տեղի ունեցած միջադեպից հետո ձերբակալվել է 3 անձ։
Դեպքի առթիվ նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 297-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (խուլիգանություն) և 452-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով (պաշտոնատար անձի օրինական ծառայողական կամ քաղաքական գործունեությանը միջամտելը)։
