Իտալիան հաստատում է մարդու մոտ H9N2 թռչնագրիպի առաջին դեպքը Եվրոպայում

Իտալիայի առողջապահության նախարարությունը չորեքշաբթի՝ մարտի 25-ին, հայտարարել է, որ Իտալիայի Լոմբարդիա մարզ ժամանած անձը ներկայում հոսպիտալացված է թռչնագրիպի A(H9N2) ենթատիպ գրիպով։
Սա H9N2 թռչնագրիպով մարդու հիվանդացության առաջին դեպքն է Եվրոպայում:
«Բոլոր անհրաժեշտ ստուգումները կատարվել են անհապաղ, իսկ բուժառուի հետ շփվող անձինք նույնականացվել են կանխարգելիչ և հսկողության ռեժիմային միջոցառումների շրջանակում»,- ասվում է նախարարության մամուլի հաղորդագրության մեջ։
Բուժառուն խրոնիկական առողջական խնդիրներ ունի, ներկայում մեկուսացված է հիվանդանոցում և ստացիոնար բուժում է ստանում։
1998 թվականից մինչև 2026 թվականի փետրվարի 27-ը Ասիայի և Աֆրիկայի տասը երկրներում գրանցվել է A(H9N2) վիրուսային վարակի ընդհանուր 195 մարդու վարակման դեպք, հայտնել են Հիվանդությունների կանխարգելման և վերահսկման եվրոպական կենտրոնից (ECDC)։
Գերատեսչությունում նշել են, որ առայսօր այդ տարբերակի խմբակային դեպքեր չեն գրանցվել, վիրուսի մարդուց մարդուն փոխանցում ևս չի հայտնաբերվել։
Մարդկանց վարակը, իբրև կանոն, տեղի է ունենում վարակված թռչունների հետ անմիջական շփման կամ վիրուսով աղտոտված միջավայրերում, հաղորդում է Euronews-ը։
«Մարդկանց թռչնի գրիպով վարակման եզակի դեպքերը անսպասելի չեն այն տարածքներում, որտեղ վիրուսը շրջանառվում է թռչունների շրջանում»,- հավելել են Հիվանդությունների կանխարգելման և վերահսկման եվրոպական կենտրոնում։
Այս ամիս հրապարակված իրենց վերջին մոնիթորինգի զեկույցում Հիվանդությունների կանխարգելման և վերահսկման եվրոպական կենտրոնը և Եվրոպական սննդի անվտանգության մարմինը (EFSA) հայտնել են, որ 2025 թվականի նոյեմբերի 29-ից մինչև 2026 թվականի փետրվարի 27-ը մարդկանց շրջանում թռչնի գրիպի տասը դեպք է գրանցվել, որոնցից ոչ մեկը մահվան չի հանգեցրել։
Այս բոլոր դեպքերը գրանցվել են Կամբոջայում (A(H5N1)-ի մեկ դեպք) և Չինաստանում, որտեղ հայտնաբերվել է A(H9N2)-ի ութ և A(H10N3)-ի մեկ դեպք։
Իտալիայի հանրային առողջապահության մարմինների տրամադրած տվյալների և վիրուսի համաճարակաբանության վերաբերյալ առկա գիտելիքների հիման վրա՝ Եվրոպական Հիվանդությունների վերահսկման և կանխարգելման կենտրոնը (ECDC) այդ դեպքից բխող A(H9N2) գրիպին առնչվող ԵՄ/ԵՏՄ ընդհանուր բնակչության համար ներկայիս ռիսկը գնահատում է շատ ցածր։
