Հայաստանի խաղաղությունը հաստատվելու է ուժեղ դիվանագիտությամբ՝ Սամվել Կարապետյանի առաջնորդությամբ։

Մեզ պետք է ղեկավար, որ կունենա շատ կապեր, կհակադրվի Ադրբեջանին և առաջ կտանի հայկական շահը։ Պետք է թույլ չտանք Փաշինյանի հետ ճանապարհ անցնել։ Այդ մասին Արմենիա Հ/Ը-ին  տված հարցազրույցում ասել է «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կուսակցության խորհրդի անդամ Նարեկ Կարապետյանը․

«Փաշինյանի բանակցություններով ամեն ինչ տվեցինք, զիջումները բանակցություններ չեն։ Աշխարհն այսօր երկարաժամկետ խաղաղության հարցը լուծում է կապերով։

Եթե անվտանգային երաշխիքներ չկան, չկա դիվերսիֆիկացիա, այդ ամենը միայն շոու է։

Իրական դիվերսիֆիկացիան ձեռք սեղմելը, նկարվելը չէ։ Չպետք է ոչ մի դուռ բաց թողնել։ Պետք է դիվերսիֆիկացնել տնտեսությունը, որից հետո կգա ՀՀ ինքնիշխանության մակարդակի բարձրացումը»,- նշել է նա։

Խոսելով խաղաղության երաշխիքներից՝ Կարապետյանը ընդգծել է, որ իշխանությունը խաղաղություն է խոսք տալիս առանց երաշխավորի․

«Որպեսզի չլինեն բախումներ սահմանին, Հայաստանին պետք է մեկից ավելի երաշխավոր, որպեսզի կարողանանք կառուցել երկարաժամկետ խաղաղություն։

Ադրբեջանը ինչ ցանկացել է, այս կառավարությունն արդեն տվել է։ Մեզ պետք է ուժեղ խաղաղություն, որտեղ մենք դուռը չենք բացի այլազգի տարրերի դեմ»։

Կարապետյանը շեշտել է՝ Հայաստանը պետք է ունենա սեփական ռազմական արդյունաբերություն․ «Քաղաքանակությունը չի որոշելու ռազմական նպատակահարմարությունները»։
