2026 թվականի խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին ընդառաջ ակտիվանում են ընդդիմադիր ուժերի համախմբման անհրաժեշտության մասին քննարկումները։ Մասնագետները զգուշացնում են, որ ցածր վարկանիշ ունեցող քաղաքական ուժերի մասնատված մասնակցությունը կարող է հանգեցնել ձայների ցրման, ինչն ի վերջո կաշխատի գործող իշխանության օգտին։

Միջազգայնագետ Գրիգոր Բալասանյանը «Փաստ»-ի հետ զրույցում նշել է, որ ընտրությունների արդյունքը մեծապես կախված է ընտրողների ակտիվությունից։ Նրա գնահատմամբ՝ բարձր մասնակցության դեպքում իշխանության վերարտադրման հավանականությունը զգալիորեն նվազում է։

«Եթե մարդիկ գնան ընտրատեղամասեր, և մասնակցությունը լինի 60 տոկոս կամ ավելի, Փաշինյանի շանսերը փոքր են։ Այժմ կառավարամետ փորձագետները փորձում են համոզել հանրությանը, որ ընտրությունների արդյունքը կանխորոշված է, և գործող վարչապետը արդեն ապահովել է իր պաշտոնը։ Սակայն դա իրականությանը չի համապատասխանում», նշել է Բալասանյանը։

Նրա խոսքով՝ ընդդիմության առաջնային խնդիրը միայն ընտրություններին մասնակցելը չէ, այլ հասարակության լայն շերտերի մոբիլիզացումը։ «Բոլոր ընդդիմադիր ուժերի գլխավոր խնդիրը հասարակությանը ընտրություններին ներգրավելն է», ընդգծել է նա։

Միաժամանակ փորձագետը զգուշացնում է, որ փոքր կուսակցությունների առանձին մասնակցությունը կարող է հակառակ ազդեցություն ունենալ։ Նրա կարծիքով՝ նման իրավիճակում այդ ուժերը ոչ թե մրցակցում են իշխանության հետ, այլ փաստացի նպաստում են նրա վերարտադրմանը՝ մասնատելով ընդդիմադիր ընտրազանգվածը։

«Փոքր կուսակցությունների մասնակցությունը այս վճռորոշ փուլում օգտակար է միայն Փաշինյանի համար։ Հիմա միավորվելու ժամանակն է, եթե, իհարկե, այդ ուժերը չեն ծառայում մեկ այլ նպատակի՝ շեղելու դեռ չկողմնորոշված ընտրողների ձայները», նշել է Բալասանյանը։

Փորձագետների շրջանում գնալով ավելի է ամրապնդվում այն դիրքորոշումը, որ ընդդիմության համախմբումը կարող է դառնալ քաղաքական հավասարակշռությունը փոխելու հիմնական գործոնը։ Հակառակ դեպքում, ցածր վարկանիշ ունեցող և առանձին մասնակցող ուժերը կարող են կրկնել նախորդ ընտրությունների սցենարը՝ ստանալով չնչին տոկոսներ և այդ կերպ անուղղակիորեն նպաստելով գործող իշխանության դիրքերի պահպանմանը։
