Առաջիկա խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին ընդառաջ քաղաքական դաշտում ձևավորվում են նոր համախմբումներ, որոնցից ամենաքննարկվողը «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կուսակցության շուրջ ձևավորված դաշինքն է։ Քաղաքական ուժը հայտարարում է, որ ընտրություններին կմասնակցի դաշինքով, որը կկրի «Ուժեղ Հայաստան Սամվել Կարապետյանի հետ» անվանումը՝ նպատակ ունենալով համախմբել համանման արժեքներ և մոտեցումներ ունեցող ուժերին։

Մարտի 31-ին «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կուսակցության խորհրդի անդամ Նարեկ Կարապետյանը դաշինքի ստեղծման վերաբերյալ հուշագիր է ստորագրել «Նոր դարաշրջան» կուսակցության նախագահ Հարություն Հարությունյանի և «Միավորված հայեր» կուսակցության պատվավոր նախագահ, լիազոր ներկայացուցիչ Նաիրի Սարգսյանի հետ։ Ստորագրված փաստաթղթով կողմերը հայտարարում են, որ միավորվում են «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կուսակցության քաղաքական օրակարգի և նախընտրական ծրագրի շուրջ՝ հիմքում դնելով պետականության ամրապնդման, ազգային և հոգևոր արժեքների պաշտպանության, արդյունավետ և հաշվետու կառավարման, տնտեսական կայուն զարգացման, ինչպես նաև իրավական և սոցիալական արդարության ապահովման սկզբունքները։

Դաշինքի ձևավորումը, ըստ կողմերի հայտարարությունների, պայմանավորված է ոչ միայն ընտրական հաշվարկներով, այլև գաղափարական համընկնումներով։ Նշվում է, որ նոր ձևավորվող միավորի հիմքում ընկած են Սամվել Կարապետյանի կողմից առաջ քաշված ազգային-պետական մոտեցումները, որոնք միավորում են տարբեր քաղաքական ուժերի՝ ընդհանուր ռազմավարության շուրջ։ Այս համատեքստում ընդգծվում է, որ դաշինքը նպատակ ունի հանդես գալ որպես համակարգված և միասնական քաղաքական դերակատար՝ առաջարկելով հստակ ծրագրային լուծումներ երկրի առջև ծառացած խնդիրներին։

Քաղաքական դաշտում ձևավորվող այս նոր կոնֆիգուրացիան դիտարկվում է նաև ընդդիմադիր հատվածի վերակազմավորման տեսանկյունից։ Միավորման գործընթացները, ինչպես ցույց է տալիս փորձը, կարող են էապես փոխել ուժերի հարաբերակցությունը և բարձրացնել ընտրական մրցակցության մակարդակը՝ հատկապես այն պայմաններում, երբ հասարակության մեջ առկա է փոփոխությունների պահանջ։

Սամվել Կարապետյանի գլխավորած քաղաքական ուժը, որը վերջին շրջանում դիտարկվում է որպես ընդդիմադիր դաշտի առաջատարներից մեկը, շարունակաբար ամրապնդում է իր դիրքերը՝ ընդլայնելով քաղաքական գործընկերների շրջանակը և ձևավորելով ավելի ընդգրկուն թիմ։ Դաշինքով ընտրություններին մասնակցելու որոշումը, ըստ էության, վկայում է այն մասին, որ ուժը փորձում է ոչ միայն պահպանել, այլև մեծացնել իր ազդեցությունը՝ հանդես գալով որպես համախմբման առանցք և հավակնելով լուրջ դերակատարության առաջիկա ընտրություններում։
