Ի՞նչ հիմքով են սկսել գաղտնալսել Բագրատ Սրբազանին. Այսօրվա նիստում կանդրադառնան այս հարցին

Գալիք նիստը կրկին ապացույցների մասին է և ևս մի կարևոր «մանրուքի»` ի՞նչ հիմքով են սկսել գաղտնալսել Բագրատ Սրբազանին...

ԱԱԾ-ն, գաղտնալսման թույլտվություն ստանալու համար, պարտավոր էր դատարանին ներկայացնել հիմնավորումներ, որ ունի հանցագործության նախապատրաստման մասին տեղեկություն։ Բայց այդ  ի՞նչ հանցագործություն էին բացահայտում կամ կանխում, որ դատարանը թույլ տվեց գաղտնալսել Սրբազանի կեցավայրը:

Իրականում նման տվյալներ եղե՞լ են, թե դատարաններին պարզապես մոլորեցրել են:

Կհամաձայնե՞ն արդյոք դատախազները ներկայացնել այն առաջին «օպերատիվ տվյալը» համաձայն որի Սրբազան պայքարը մտադիր է եղել Հանրապետության նախագահին, Ազգային ժողովին, Կառավարությանը կամ Սահմանադրական դատարանին որևէ բան պարտադրել։
Այդ ի՞նչ տվյալ էր, որ 2024թ. պայքարի ամենաթեժ օրերին սկիզբ դրեց շուրջ մեկ տարվա ապօրինի գաղտնալսումներին։

Ավագ հինգշաբթի է...

Այսօր Հայոց Եկեղեցում երեկոյան ամենուր Խավարման կարգ է կատարվում` մեր Տեր Հիսուս Քրիստոսի ձերբակալման, դատավարության, դատապարտման և խաչելության հիշատակը:

Խորանի կենտրոնում դրվում են տասներկու մոմեր և մեկ մեծ մոմ կենտրոնում: Տասներկու մոմերը խորհրդանշում են Քրիստոսի տասներկու աշակերտներին, իսկ կենտրոնի մոմը՝ Հիսուս Քրիստոսին: Ընթերցվում են ավետարանական հատվածներ` Գեթսեմանիի պարտեզում Քրիստոսի աղոթքը, Հուդայի մատնությունը, Հիսուսի հանձնումն ամբոխին, ձերբակալությունը, չարչարանքները, խաչելությունը, մահը, Պետրոսի երեք անգամ ուրացությունն ու զղջումը:

Յուրաքանչյուր ընթերցումից հետո մարում են մոմերից մեկը: Վերջին ընթերցվածի ավարտին եկեղեցին մնում է մթության մեջ, մարում են եկեղեցու բոլոր լույսերը: Միայն Հիսուսին խորհրդանշող մոմն է շարունակվում վառվել:

Այս արարողությունը խորհրդանշում է աշակերտների կողմից Տիրոջ լքվելը  և անարդար դատին հանձնելը:

Մթության մեջ հնչում է «Ո՞ւր ես, մայր իմ» շարականը...

Խորհրդանշանակն է` հենց այս նույն օրը դատում են նաև Բագրատ Սրբազանին...
