Սուրբ Աննա եկեղեցում Փաշինյանի հետ միջադեպի մասնակից 18-ամյա Դավիթ Մինասյանը 2 ամսով կալանավորվեց:

«Մեր հույսերը հօդս ցնդեցին, բառեր չեմ կարողանում գտնել ասելու, սա է մեր իրականությունը, որում ապրում ենք: Գտան, որ 12-րդ դասարանի աշակերտի նկատմամբ կալանք պետք է կիրառեն: Սա ունենք, պետք է գնանք առաջ, պայքարենք մինչև վերջ»,-ասաց փաստաբանը:

Նա նշեց, որ որոշումը կլինի մինչև մեկ ժամը, հիմնավորումներին ծանոթ չեն, գիտեն՝ երկու հոդվածներով է մեղադրանքն առաջադրվել:

«Դավիթը մարտական, հանգիստ, տղամարդավարի պահվածք դրսևորեց, հուսամ կդրսևորի ամբողջ ընթացքում և արդարությունը կհաղթի»,-հավելեց նա:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Սուրբ Աննա եկեղեցում  մարտի 29-ին Փաշինյանի մասնակցությամբ միջադեպ է եղել, Փաշինյանի թիկնապահները նախ երիտասարդին քաշելով ճանապարհ են բացել, իսկ երբ երիտասարդը նշել է, որ ցանկացել է իր տեղում կանգնած մնալ՝ վեճ է եղել։ Ավելի ուշ ոստիկանները ուժի կիրառմամբ եկեղեցուց բերման ենթարկեցին երիտասարդներին։ Միջադեպի առթիվ նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ՝ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 297-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (խուլիգանությունը) և 452-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով (պաշտոնատար անձի օրինական ծառայողական կամ քաղաքական գործունեությանը միջամտելը)։ Ձերբակալվածները եղել են Դավիթ ու Միքայել Մինասյանները, ովքեր սովորում են դպրոցում, ու հանրային գործիչ  Գևորգ Գևորգյանը։  

ՔԿ-ն նրանց եղադրանք ներկայացրեց, Միքայել Մինասյանին՝ 46-297-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (խուլիգանությանն աջակցելը) և 46-452-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով (պաշտոնատար անձի օրինական ծառայողական կամ քաղաքական գործունեությանը միջամտելուն աջակցելը), Գևորգ Գևորգյանին՝  46-297-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (խուլիգանությունը կազմակերպելը) և 46-452-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով (պաշտոնատար անձի օրինական ծառայողական կամ քաղաքական գործունեությանը միջամտելը կազմակերպելը)։ Վերջիններիս նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել բացակայելու արգելքը և գրավը։

Երկվորյալ եղբայրներից մեկին, սակայն, կալանավորելու հարց է բարձրացվել։ Դավիթ Մինասյանին մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել Քրեական օրենսգրքի 297-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (խուլիգանությունը) և 452-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով (պաշտոնատար անձի օրինական ծառայողական կամ քաղաքական գործունեությանը միջամտելը)։
