ՆԳ նախարար Արփինե Սարգսյանը մարտի 31-ին ընդունել է Հայաստանում Բուլղարիայի Հանրապետության արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Նիկոլա Նիկոլովի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը: Այդ մասին հայտնում են ՆԳՆ-ից:
 
Բարձր գնահատելով երկու երկրների միջև պատմականորեն ձևավորված բարեկամական հարաբերությունները՝ նախարար Սարգսյանը նշել է, որ այն հուսալի հիմք է փոխադարձ հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող ուղղություններով առավել սերտ և բազմակողմանի համագործակցություն կառուցելու համար։
 
Անդրադառնալով վիզաների ազատականացման շուրջ երկխոսության դինամիկային և Գործողությունների ծրագրից բխող միջոցառումների իրականացմանը՝ Արփինե Սարգսյանը կարևորել է եվրոպական գործընկերների հետ համագործակցության ամրապնդումն ու հետագա ընդլայնումը։ Այս համատեքստում նախարարն ընդգծել է Բուլղարիայի՝ Եվրոպական միությանն անդամակցության փորձի ուսումնասիրման նշանակությունը հայկական կողմի համար։ Անդրադարձ է կատարվել նաև սահմանների համալիր կառավարման կարևորությանը։
 
Արփինե Սարգսյանը ընդգծել է նաև «ՀՀ կառավարության և Բուլղարիայի կառավարության միջև արտակարգ իրավիճակների բնագավառում համագործակցության մասին» նոր համաձայնագրի կարևորությունը և նշել, որ այս պահին ակտիվ աշխատանքներ են տարվում փաստաթղթի վերջնականացման և ստորագրման ուղղությամբ։ Առանձնակի ուշադրություն է դարձվել հրդեհների կանխարգելման և հրդեհաշիջման ոլորտում գործնական փոխօգնությանը։
 
Քննարկվել են նաև աղետների ռիսկի կառավարման ոլորտում արդի տեխնոլոգիաների ներդրման, ինչպես նաև կրթական ու վերապատրաստման համատեղ ծրագրերի իրականացման հեռանկարները։
 
Կողմերը դրական են գնահատել երկկողմ հարաբերությունները ռազմավարական մակարդակի բարձրացնելու հեռանկարը։
 
Պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել շարունակել քննարկումները երկուստեք հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող թեմաների շուրջ և կազմակերպել փոխադարձ այցելություններ՝ ՆԳ նախարարության մանդատի շրջանակում համագործակցությունն առավել առարկայական դարձնելու նպատակով։
