Նաիրի Սարգսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․
 
Այսօր ապրիլյան քառօրյա պատերազմի 10-րդ տարելիցն է։
 
Մեր խոնարհումն այն հերոսների հիշատակի առաջ, ովքեր իրենց կյանքի գնով կանգնած էին հայրենիքի սահմանին։ Նրանց սխրանքը մեր պատմության մեջ կմնա ոչ միայն որպես պայքարի օրինակ, այլ նաև որպես արժանապատվության բարձրագույն չափանիշ։
 
Հայ զինվորը երբեք չի խուսափել պայքարից․ նա կռվել է, կռվում է և պատրաստ է կռվի, երբ վտանգվի իր տունը, իր հողը, իր ապագան։
 
Մեր զինվորը հայրենիքի պաշտպան է, և ոչ՝ ագրեսոր, ինչպես փորձում են ներկայացնել ներքին և արտաքին թշնամիները։
 
Մեր ցավերը, մեր կորուստները միայն արտաքին սպառնալիքների հետևանք չեն․ դրանք սխալ կառավարման, անտեսված խնդիրների, չիրականացված իրական բարեփոխումների արդյունք են։ Ու ամենածանր դրսևորումն էլ եղավ 2020 թվականի 44-օրյա պատերազմը, երբ հայ զինվորը կրկին կռվեց մինչև վերջ, բայց սխալ կառավարման արդյունքում ունեցանք ծանր կորուստներ՝ հետագայում կորցնելով նաև մեր հայրենիքի մի մասը։ Գործող իշխանությունը դասեր չքաղեց 2016 թվականից, փոխեց ընթացքն այն վերլուծությունների, որոնք արվել էին սխալների վրա և «ելակային» բարեփոխումներով գնաց դեպի կործանում։
 
Եթե մենք ցանկանում ենք այլևս չկրկնել այդ ճանապարհը, պետք է փոխենք ոչ թե զինվորի ոգին՝ այն միշտ էլ եղել է բարձր, այլ պետության վերաբերմունքն իր բանակի նկատմամբ։
 
Մեր ապագան կախված է ոչ միայն խիզախությունից, այլ նաև խելացի կառավարմամբ կառուցված, ժամանակակից պահանջներին համապատասխանող, տեխնոլոգիապես հագեցած մարտունակ բանակից։
 
Մենք ունենալու ենք տարածաշրջանի ամենամարտունակ բանակը՝ կոփված զինվորի ոգով և ամրապնդված ժամանակակից աշխարհի պահանջներին համարժեք հզոր նյութատեխնիկական հիմքով։
