Այսօր՝ ապրիլի 4-ին, առեղծվածային ու ողբերգական դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Երևանում։ Ժամը 06։30-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Արաբկիրի բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ Ղափանցյան փողոցին հարակից ժողովրդին հայտնի Քանաքեռ ՀԷԿ-ի ջրամբարում 2 քաղաքացիներ են ջրահեղձ եղել։
Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, արդեն 3 ժամից ավելի փրկարարները, համայնքային ոստիկանները, պարեկները և շտապօգնության բժիշկները որոնողական աշխատանքներ են կատարում ու արդեն ջրափրկարարները հատուկ նավակով իջնում են ջրամբար, որպեսզի շարունակեն որոնողական աշխատանքները։
Տեղում շտապօգնության բժիշկները ականատես քաղաքացուն, ում ինքնազգացողությունը վատացել էր բուժօգնություն ցուցաբերեցին, սակայն նա հրաժարվեց հիվանդանոց գնալուց։ Այդ ականատես քաղաքացին փրկարարներին և ոստիկաններին հայտնում էր, որ ինքը տեսել է, թի ինչպես է ընկերը անզգուշաբար ընկել ջրամբարը, և մյուսը ընկերը նետվել է, որպեսզի փրկի, սակայն չի կարողացել։
Համայնքային ոստիկանները պարզում են ջրահեղձ եղած քաղաքացիների և ականատեսի ինքնությունը։

Քիչ առաջ ֆոտոլրագրողը հայտնեց, որ ջրասուզակ Վահե Մելքոնյանը ջրահեղձ եղած քաղաքացիներից մեկի մարմինը հայտնաբերեց ու փրկարարների հետ դուրս բերեցին այն, հիմա 2-րդ ջրահեղձ եղած քաղաքացու մարմինն են որոնում։
