Հայաստանի ներքաղաքական դաշտում օրեցօր ավելի տեսանելի է դառնում միտումը, որի առանցքում հայտնվում է գործարար և բարերար Սամվել Կարապետյանի գլխավորած քաղաքական ուժը։ «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» դաշինքի շուրջ ձևավորվող համախմբումը ոչ միայն ընդլայնվում է, այլև ստանում է համակարգային բնույթ՝ ընդգրկելով տարբեր գաղափարական և քաղաքական հարթակներ ներկայացնող ուժերի։

Օրեր առաջ պաշտոնապես ձևավորվեց «Ուժեղ Հայաստան Սամվել Կարապետյանի հետ» դաշինքը։ Համապատասխան հուշագիրը ստորագրեցին Նարեկ Կարապետյանը, «Նոր դարաշրջան» կուսակցության նախագահ Հարություն Հարությունյանը և «Միավորված հայեր» կուսակցության պատվավոր նախագահ, լիազոր ներկայացուցիչ Նաիրի Սարգսյանը։ Այս քայլը դիտարկվում է որպես ընդդիմադիր դաշտում համախմբման գործընթացի կարևոր փուլ, որը կարող է էական ազդեցություն ունենալ առաջիկա ընտրությունների արդյունքների վրա։

Դաշինքի շուրջ համախմբումը շարունակվել է նաև վերջին օրերին։ Առնվազն չորս քաղաքական ուժեր՝ «Կայունություն», «ՀԺԱՄ», «Ժառանգություն» և «Ազատություն» կուսակցությունները, հայտարարել են, որ չեն մասնակցելու ընտրություններին և իրենց աջակցությունն են հայտնում «Ուժեղ Հայաստան Սամվել Կարապետյանի հետ» դաշինքին։ Նրանց հայտարարություններում շեշտվում է ընդդիմության միասնականության անհրաժեշտությունը և ձայների փոշիացումից խուսափելու հրամայականը։

Հատկանշական է, որ «Ազատություն» և «Ժառանգություն» կուսակցությունների առաջնորդները 2013 թվականին եղել են ընդդիմության գլխավոր թեկնածուները նախագահական ընտրություններում։

Համախմբման գործընթացին անդրադարձել է նաև Հայաստանի առաջին նախագահ Լևոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանը, որը նախորդ ամիսներին գովեստի խոսքեր է հնչեցրել Սամվել Կարապետյանի հասցեին՝ ընդգծելով նրա միավորող ներուժը։ Նրա գնահատմամբ՝ «պառակտված ընդդիմությանը միավորելու միակ կարող ուժը Սամվել Կարապետյանն է»։ Տեր-Պետրոսյանը ընդդիմության համախմբումը բնորոշել է ոչ թե պարզապես քաղաքական խնդիր, այլ ազգային նշանակության հարց՝ հավելելով. «Լինելով ինքնաբավ և կայացած անձնավորություն՝ Սամվել Կարապետյանն ունակ է լուծել այդ խնդիրը»։

Այս ֆոնին ակնհայտ է դառնում, որ «Ուժեղ Հայաստան Սամվել Կարապետյանի հետ» դաշինքի շուրջ ձևավորվող գործընթացը դուրս է գալիս սովորական նախընտրական համագործակցության շրջանակներից և վերածվում է լայն քաղաքական կոնսոլիդացիայի փորձի։

Ըստ էության, նույն տրամաբանությամբ ընտրություններին չմասնակցելու որոշում է կայացրել նաև Հայաստանի ամենաերկարը կառավարած քաղաքական ուժը՝ Հայաստանի հանրապետական կուսակցությունը։ Հանրապետականները հայտարարել են, որ չեն ցանկանում նպաստել ընդդիմադիր ձայների փոշիացմանը։ Կուսակցության համաժողովից հետո Սերժ Սարգսյանը թեև չի այս կամ այնուժին սատարելու մասին, բայց նշել է. «Կարծում եմ, որևէ մեկի մոտ կասկած չկա, որ այսօր ընդդիմության առաջատարը «Ուժեղ Հայաստանն» է, այդտեղից շատ ենթադրություններ է պետք անել»։

Տարբեր ուժերի՝ ընտրություններին չմասնակցելու և մեկ կենտրոնի շուրջ համախմբվելու որոշումները վկայում են այն մասին, որ քաղաքական դաշտում ձևավորվում է նոր բևեռ, որը հավակնում է դառնալ ընդդիմության հիմնական առանցքը։

Ըստ քաղաքական դիտորդների՝ այս գործընթացը կարող է վճռորոշ դեր ունենալ ընտրական արդյունքների ձևավորման հարցում՝ հատկապես այն պայմաններում, երբ ընդդիմադիր ձայների միավորումը դիտարկվում է որպես գլխավոր նախապայման իշխանափոխության հասնելու համար։ «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» դաշինքի շուրջ ձևավորվող համախմբումը, ըստ այդ գնահատականների, ներկայումս միակ ձևաչափն է, որը կարող է ապահովել այդ նպատակին հասնելու անհրաժեշտ քաղաքական զանգվածն ու կազմակերպվածությունը։
