«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Երեկ SHAMSHYAN.com-ը տեղեկություն էր հաղորդել, որ օրեր առաջ ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Արաբկիրի բաժին է զանգահարել Ղազախստանի քաղաքացի 40-ամյա Ալեքսանդրա Պ.-ն և հայտնել, որ նույն օրը Բաղրամյան պողոտայի 25 հասցեում գտնվող «Շառլոտ» գիշերային ակումբի տնօրենն իրեն առաջարկել է 150 հազար ՀՀ դրամ գումարի դիմաց սեռական հարաբերություններ ունենալ տարբեր անձանց հետ: Ալեքսանդրա Պ.-ն ոստիկաններին հայտնել է, որ ինքը հրաժարվել է, ինչի արդյունքում տնօրենը իրեն հեռացրել է աշխատանքից՝ չվճարելով այս տարվա փետրվարի 10-ից մինչ մարտի 30-ը աշխատած 320 հազար ՀՀ դրամ գումարը։
Հիշեցնենք, որ սա նույն գիշերային ակումբն է, որի հետ կապված «Փաստը» ոչ մեկ անգամ ահազանգեր է հնչեցրել՝ տեղեկացնելով, որ այդ ակումբը գործում է բացահայտ խախտումներով։ Մասնավորաբար, Երևանի ավագանու թիվ 188-Ն որոշումը հստակ ասում է, որ նման օբյեկտը չի կարող գտնվել բնակելի շենքերից 100 մետրից պակաս հեռավորության վրա, այնինչ «Շառլոտ կաբարեն» այս պահանջը խախտում է տարիներով և շարունակում է աշխատել՝ առանց որևէ իրական հետևանքի։ Բնակիչների գիշերային հանգիստը խաթարվում է մշտապես. աղմուկ, ալկոհոլի ազդեցության տակ գտնվող խմբեր, վեճեր: Տեղի է ունենում հանրային կարգի խախտում՝ ո՛չ մեկ օր, ո՛չ մեկ ամիս, այլ տարիներ շարունակ։ Եվ այս ամենը՝ Երևանի կենտրոնում, պետական կառույցների անմիջական վերահսկողության գոտում։ Մի խոսքով, այն վերածվել է անօրինականության յուրատեսակ «որջի»: Սակայն տարիներ շարունակ իրավապահ մարմինները աչք են փակել այս ամենի վրա:
Հարգելով յուրաքանչյուրի անմեղության կանխավարկածը, այդուամենայնիվ, պետք է նշել, որ այս ամենի ֆոնին հազիվ թե պատահական է վերոնշյալ տեղեկությունը:
