Պանիրը մարդուն հայտնի ամենահին խոհարարական մթերքներից է. նրա պատմությունն ավելի քան 7 000 տարեկան է: Մեր օրերում պանրի տեսականին մտնում է խնջույքների ընթացքում ամենաընդունված նախուտեստների մեջ: Այն կարող է նրբահամ նախուտեստ լինել` կոնյակի եւ գինու ուղեկցությամբ ու նաեւ` «քաղցը մեղմելու» հրաշալի միջոց: Սակայն մեզնից շատերը չգիտեն, թե այդ մթերքը որքան օգտակար է մեր օրգանիզմի համար: NEWS.am Medicine-ի խմբագրությունը ձեր ուշադրությանն է ներկայացնում պանրի մասին հինգ փաստ, որոնց ծանոթանալուց հետո պանիրն անկասկած ձեր սննդակարգի անբաժան մասը կդառնա:

Պանիրը կալցիումի հրաշալի աղբյուր է, իսկ դա ամուր ոսկրերի եւ ատամների հոմանիշ է: Այդ պատճառով շատ մասնագետներ խորհուրդ են տալիս երեխաներին վաղ մանկությունից սովորեցնել պանիր ուտել. կալցիումն ուղղակի անհրաժեշտ է ոսկրերի ձեւավորման համար: Բացի այդ, կալցիումը դրականորեն է ազդում արյան ճնշման վրա, այդ պատճառով պանիրը հավասարապես օգտակար է ինչպես մեծահասակներին, այնպես էլ երեխաներին:

Պանիրն օրգանիզմի համար անհրաժեշտ վիտամինների մի ամբողջ համալիր է պարունակում: Դա А վիտամինն է (պանրի մեկ չափաբաժինը պարունակում է օգտագործման օրական նորմայի 15 տոկոսը), В2 վիտամինը (օրական նորմայի 10 տոկոսը), B6 վիտամինը (օրական նորմայի 20 տոկոսը) եւ B12 վիտամինը (օրական նորմայի գրեթե 40 տոկոսը): Եվ զարմանալին այն է, որ նրա կալորիաների քանակը կազմում է մարդու օրական նորմայի ընդամենը 10 տոկոսը:
