Հայաստանում շեշտակի ավելացել է ազատազրկման դատապարտված անձանց թիվը

Վերջին մեկ տարում Հայաստանում շեշտակի ավելացել է ազատազրկման դատապարտված անձանց թիվը: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ը տեղեկացավ՝ ամփոփելով 2024-2025 թվականներին դատական պատասխանատվության ենթարկված անձանց վերաբերյալ պաշտոնական վիճակագրական տվյալները:
Մասնավորապես, 2025 թվականին Հայաստանում դատապարտվել է 7 872 անձ, որոնցից 5 289-ի նկատմամբ կիրառվել է տուգանք, 1 169-ի նկատմամբ՝ հանրային աշխատանքներ, 896-ը դատապարտվել են ազատազրկման, 441-ը` կարճաժամկետ ազատազրկման, 122-ի նկատմամբ կիրառվել է ազատության սահմանափակում, 20-ի նկատմամբ՝ դաստիարակչական բնույթի հարկադրանքի միջոց, 4 անձ զրկվել է որոշակի պաշտոններ զբաղեցնելու կամ որոշակի գործունեությամբ զբաղվելու իրավունքից, իսկ 2 անձի նկատմամբ կիրառվել է կարգապահական գումարտակում պահելը:
Համեմատության համար նշենք, որ 2024 թվականին դատապարտված անձանց թիվը եղել է 6 179, որից 4 465-ի նկատմամբ կիրառվել է տուգանք, 598-ի նկատմամբ՝ հանրային աշխատանքներ, իսկ 700 անձինք դատապարտվել են ազատազրկման:
Այսպիսով, 2025 թվականին դատապարտվածների թվաքանակը նախորդ տարվա համեմատ աճել է 27.4%-ով, իսկ ազատազրկման դատապարտվածների թիվը՝ 28%-ով: Փոխարենն արձանագրվել է դատապարտվածների նկատմամբ հանրային աշխատանքների կիրառման գրեթե կրկնակի աճ:
