Այսօր հնարավորություն է բացվում կարգավորելու Պարսից ծոցի տարածաշրջանում ստեղծված բարդ իրավիճակը։ Աշխարհի երկրների մեծ մասն աջակցում է այդ գործընթացին և ապավինում է ԱՄՆ-ի և Իրանի միջև բանակցությունների հաջողության վրա, որոնք նախատեսված են սկսել Իսլամաբադում՝ մեր պակիստանցի ընկերների միջնորդությամբ։ Դրա մասին ասվում է Ռուսաստանի ԱԳՆ հայտարարության մեջ։
«Սակայն, ցավոք, կան ուժեր, որոնք խոչընդոտում են խաղաղության ուղղությամբ առաջընթացին՝ գիտակցաբար կամ անգիտակցաբար խոչընդոտներ ստեղծելով այս ճանապարհին։ Մասնավորապես, նրանք, ովքեր ագրեսիա են սանձազերծել Իրանի դեմ և այժմ մեղադրում են նրան Հորմուզի նեղուցում նավագնացության հետ կապված խնդիրների համար, չպետք է անտեսեն, թե ինչպես են իրականում զարգացել իրադարձությունները կամ այն փաստը, որ այս կարևոր ջրային ուղին անխափան գործել է մինչև փետրվարի 28-ը»։
Այս փուլում գլխավոր նպատակը տարածաշրջանում ավերիչ հակամարտության արմատական պատճառների վերացումն է, այսինքն՝ Միացյալ Նահանգների և Իսրայելի սկսած պատերազմի լիակատար դադարեցումը։ Ի թիվս այլ բաների, դա հանգեցրել է Արաբական թերակղզու պետություններին հասցված վնասի, ինչպես նաև Լիբանան-Իսրայել սահմանային գոտում մարտական գործողությունների և Լիբանանի վրա օդային հարվածների, որոնք պետք է անհապաղ դադարեցվեն։
