Վերջին տարիներին գիտական հետազոտությունները ուշադրություն են դարձնում վիտամին D-ի կարևորությանը ոչ միայն ոսկորների առողջության, այլև օրգանիզմի ընդհանուր պաշտպանական համակարգի համար։ Մասնագետները նշում են, որ այս վիտամինի պակասը կարող է մեծացնել մի շարք հիվանդությունների, այդ թվում՝ որոշ տեսակի քաղցկեղների զարգացման ռիսկը։

Ինչ դեր ունի վիտամին D-ն օրգանիզմում

Վիտամին D-ն կարևոր դեր է խաղում բջիջների աճի և բաժանման կարգավորման մեջ։ Այն նաև մասնակցում է իմունային համակարգի աշխատանքին՝ օգնելով օրգանիզմին պայքարել վնասակար գործոնների դեմ։

Ինչպես կարող է պակասը նպաստել քաղցկեղին

Բջիջների անվերահսկելի աճ
Վիտամին D-ի բավարար մակարդակը օգնում է վերահսկել բջիջների բազմացումը։ Դրա պակասի դեպքում այս գործընթացը կարող է խախտվել, ինչը տեսականորեն մեծացնում է ուռուցքային բջիջների առաջացման հավանականությունը։

Թուլացած իմունային համակարգ
Պակասի դեպքում օրգանիզմը դժվարանում է հայտնաբերել և ոչնչացնել վնասված կամ մուտացված բջիջները։

Բորբոքային գործընթացներ
Վիտամին D-ն ունի հակաբորբոքային ազդեցություն։ Դրա պակասը կարող է նպաստել քրոնիկ բորբոքման, որը համարվում է քաղցկեղի զարգացման ռիսկի գործոն։

Ի՞նչ են ասում հետազոտությունները

Մի շարք ուսումնասիրություններ ցույց են տվել, որ վիտամին D-ի ցածր մակարդակը կապված է որոշ քաղցկեղների (օրինակ՝ հաստ աղու, կրծքագեղձի և շագանակագեղձի) բարձր ռիսկի հետ։ Սակայն կարևոր է նշել՝ սա ուղիղ պատճառահետևանքային կապ չի նշանակում, այլ ռիսկի գործոններից մեկն է։

Ինչպես կանխել պակասը

  • ավելի հաճախ գտնվել արևի տակ
  • օգտագործել վիտամին D-ով հարուստ սնունդ (ձուկ, ձվի դեղնուց, կաթնամթերք)
  • անհրաժեշտության դեպքում ընդունել հավելումներ՝ բժշկի խորհրդով

Վիտամին D-ի պակասը կարող է նպաստել օրգանիզմում այնպիսի փոփոխությունների, որոնք կապված են քաղցկեղի զարգացման ռիսկի բարձրացման հետ։ Սակայն դա չի նշանակում, որ պակասը ուղղակիորեն առաջացնում է քաղցկեղ։ Առողջության պահպանման համար կարևոր է հետևել վիտամին D-ի մակարդակին և պահպանել հավասարակշռված ապրելակերպ։
